2004 Suzuki Rm85 , Completely restored to like new 2004 RM 85 $2300 Complete off frame restoration and complete rebuilt motor. Reinforced frame for racing, Painted Frame and sub-frame, new Hot Rod Crank, all seals, gaskets and bearings replaced, reconditioned cylinder replated and bored to match Wiseco piston by Powerseal USA, replaced exhaust power valves and tension springs, rebuilt carb with new hoses, cap and adjustment screws, new radiator hoses with engine ice coolant, new breather hoses, fittings and clamps, new Dunlop Geomax MX52 tires with new tubes and bands installed by Matthews Fun Machines, new upgraded 2005 brake calipers with used hoses and master cylinders from 2005 bike, new brake pads front and back, new DID chain, replaced foot pegs, new MSR shift lever, new clutch cable lever (motor), clutch plates measured to new specs, new chain sliders and rollers, Plasticoated rims, new Vortex 48 tooth rear sprocket, all new graphics kit with like new plastics, new air filter, FMF Exhaust with FMF shorty silencer, protaper handle bars, ASV F3 Clutch and front brake levers with dust covers (waiting on front brake dust cover to arrive still), BDR tuned racing suspension, new fork seals being installed this week, lots of new miscellaneous parts replaced as it was being rebuilt, no expense spared and no shortcuts taken, all bolts torqued to specs in manual and checked after break in, new plug from Suzuki, new moose racing grips, pro taper bar pad, ATS gripper seat cover, MTL-R 80wt transmission oil, new free flo fuel line, new free flo gas vent line, Works Connection rear master cylinder and frame guard, have a new hour/RPM meter being installed since break in procedure is complete.
