This 400cc scooter only has 2800 miles on it and gets 59+ miles to the gallon. If you're thinking it's just a scooter, well this scooter will do 90. It's in mint condition, not a scratch on it. NADA says the low end price is $1980 with an average price of $2605. Kelley Blue book says you'd buy it at a dealership for $2900. The first $1950 takes it.
