This is a really great bike with some impressive specs and if you don't know much about it then do some online search. This model had better specs than the successive ones and has some great reviews. Won't see many selling. It has been well taken care off as you notice from the pictures. It needs some work now and has been sitting for few months and i have decided not to ride anymore so it has to go. Tags are current.

It was always garaged and well maintained. Everything is stock and no modifications were done to the bike. The previous owner was a older guy and so am i. This particular year (1988) and model have more power and different specs than the successive intruder 1400's after 91. I believe these bikes have 10 HP more. TAGS ARE CURRENT.PROS: Price, great seat height, Beautiful bike with substantial chrome, exhaust on both sides, has a combination of Harley & Chopper look because of the long rack, sounds great, well maintained and garaged as you can see in the pictures, paint &upholstery in great condition, Runs great and is very quick moving out of traffic and from stop lights, new rear tire (few months ago), low miles, lot of life left in the engine, rare year. Just a solid bike!CONS: 1-Last week the odometer needle broke and fell off and is still inside the case. Odometer needle broke at 58, 857 and I might have rode 30 miles after that. 2-Around the same time the clutch gave up and stopped working, which shouldn't be a difficult fix. Probably a seal problem (I am not a mechanic so I am guessing). 3-It didn't have a lock when i bought it.
