This intruder has about 4800 miles which is really low for the year and for motorcycles. While it does have saddle bags, they really are not the right saddle bags for the bike and hence the burn through as it hit the muffler. Left side one is fine though. There are a couple of custom features that you cannot find anywhere. I had a luggage rack custom fit for the back of this bike so I could put a briefcase or travel with it. I also had a custom muffler guard so that if I replaced the saddle bag it would not burn again. Nice bike, nice price. Text me if you would like to see it.

For Sale an all original 2001 Suzuki Intruder Volusia 800 with 4,036 miles. The bike is professionally maintained and in good working condition. The bike is stored and kept in a climate controlled garage over the winter. The bike also includes a passenger seat which bolts over the rear fender. Runs and rides great. There are a few nicks in the paint on the tank. And the plastic faring on the right side of the bike just below the seat has a crack in it from when the bike tipped over on its side in the garage. The bike has never been dropped or wrecked while riding. This bike is ready to go and the title is free and clear with no negatives. The bike has a new battery, spark plugs, and oil change all recently done. The bike runs, drives, shifts, stops, and sounds like a well maintained bike should. The pictures were taken while the bike was at the maintenance shop. Just don't want any confusion that this is not being sold by a dealer. It is a privately owned bike. In full disclosure, I had to move out of town and leave the bike behind. The bike is currently in the care of a good local friend, who will be handling the actual transaction with the seller.
