2006 Suzuki GSXR 600. $5,500 OBO. 10,543 miles. Great bike in great condition. Two Brothers shorty exhaust sounds amazing and turns heads. Power commander. New rear brakes and rotor. Tinted windscreen. Fender eliminator. Flush mount turn signals (I have stock mirrors still). Well maintained and serviced regularly. Clean title in hand. 2014 Suzuki GSX-R600, 2014 Suzuki GSX-R600 The Suzuki GSX-R600 continues its dominance in the AMA Pro Road Racing series, taking all 600cc championships in 2012 - including the Daytona Sportbike, Supersport West, and Supersport East.This further solidifies the GSX-R600 as part of a race-winning line of motorcycles from coast to coast. Features May Include: A 599cc, four-cylinder engine with a race-proven oversquare bore/stroke ratio provides exceptionally potent, high-revving performance. Shot-peened conrods, chrome-nitride-coated upper compression and oil control rings, and pentagonal ventilation holes help ensure efficient performance. Class leading Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) fuel injection system includes fine-spray 8-hole injectors, providing improved fuel atomization contributing to more complete combustion in the cylinder. Advanced, MotoGP-developed transistorized ignition control circuit helps maintain more precise ignition timing across the range of engine temperatures. Lightweight, durable forged pistons are designed with the Finite Element Method (FEM) and fatigue analysis technology and optimized camshaft profiles was developed using proven MotoGP racing technology. A 4-into-1 stainless-steel exhaust system features a titanium muffler, which carries a Suzuki Exhaust Tuning (SET) valve. The system maximizes torque and improves throttle response, especially in the low-to-mid RPM range. A six-speed close-ratio transmission features vertically staggered shafts to reduce overall engine length. Race-proven back-torque-limiting clutch contributes to smoother downshifting and corner entry. Race-developed, lightweight 41mm Showa Big Piston front-Fork (BPF) delivers superb feedback and consistent performance. A lightweight and compact twin-spar aluminum cradle frame is made of five cast sections and features a cast swingarm. An electronically controlled steering damper provides lighter steering at lower speeds and more damping force at racetrack and highway speeds. Front brakes feature fully floating 310mm discs and radial-mounted, four-piston Brembo monoblock calipers. A single Showa rear shock features externally adjustable rebound and compression damping, along with adjustable ride height. 3-way adjustable footpegs, adjustable shift lever, and short fuel tank help compose a comfortable riding position. I am interesting in selling this bike for the sole reason that I need a new car. I am willing to negotiate and am a motivated seller. Please see the description of the bike and its services below: - This bike was fully serviced and checked by a certified technician at Cycle Outfitters in 2015 and I was advised there were absolutely no mechanical issues; - Oil and filter changed in 2015 with the highest quality products provided at Cycle Outfitters - Front tire was replaced in 2015 - Back tire is in great condition with at least 80% tread (I purchased both the front and rear together as a packaged deal but only replaced the front... I'd be willing to include the rear with this sale) - Aftermarket exhaust - Akrapovic shorty - Not too angry but certainly not soft - LED front headlight - emits cool night blue color - New $150.00 Frame sliders installed in 2015 - fender eliminator kit - Blacked-out windscreen - Brand new OEM mirrors installed in 2015 - Bike has used premium fuel since I purchased - Brand new stator and rectifier ($800) installed at Westfield Suzuki in 2015 - In researching the issue with the stator/rectifier, this apparently is a rather common issue with the 06/07 GSX-R models - now you can rest easy knowing these has been rectified - While no major physical defects, there are a few noticeable scratches that I've tried to detail in the pictures - What can you expect, the bike is 10 years old? - While uncertain of past owners, the bike has not been laid down while under my ownership; further, when purchasing the bike two years ago, I ran a VIN check and the bike is clean with no accidents or salvage title issues **NadaGuides, the preferred valuation system for sport bikes, lists the 2006 GSX-R 600 at an average retail price of $6,025.00.
