Has been stored since 2002, includes a spare motor (engine) for parts. Starts easily, very strong engine and transmition. New oil and oil filter, fuel hoses. Since it has not been used since 2002 it should be throughly checked before operating on highway. May need some work.

2002 Suzuki GS500. Perfect starter bike. Just put $1000 into rebuilding both carburetors, new front forks, new front and rear tires, and a 2 inch lowering kit. Currently has clip-on handlebars and bar-end mirrors, but I do have the original handlebars as well. Includes a service manual. Does have some scrapes and dents from a drop by the previous owner. Approximately 17,000 miles on it. Registration is current and good until June 2017. $1000 OBO

Suzuki GS 500f fuel: gas transmission: manual Great bike, turns over but won't stay idleing. Good compresion system, new battery, good body and ran great a month ago. Needs a lil tune up. 20k miles. Bought it over a year ago for 2200 Pink slip in hand, no salvage.

2008 Suzuki GS 500F, Perfect starter bike! The GS500F has outstanding maneuverability, thanks to its low seat height and light weight. Its twin-cylinder engine offers strong acceleration and quick, clean throttle response. With its well-padded seat and smooth suspension, it also provides a comfortable ride on the highway. 2009 Suzuki Gs 500, * Clean Title in hand * Current Registration (June 2016) * Only 19k original miles * Clean bike in excellent shape * Priced to move quick Note: - The bike has a idle issue and it needs some work. The bike starts up every time and it runs great, but I don't know why after a while when I stop idling it just dies. I thought it was a carburetor issue, so I called a mechanic and he checked everything out but he couldn't find any issue with carburetor. It is clean, there is no vacuum leak and it seems be in perfect condition. As he was charging me per hour (and it took a long time) I couldn't afford more to get deeper in this inspection. Some people said it can be just a jet issue and other one said to just ride it as it is and it will probably get better with time. But I don't know. To be honest I don't want to waste more time and money with it, and since I have other bike (cruiser) I just decided to sell this bike as it is for a low price for someone who understand about it. Are you a regular commuter who needs great gas mileage (last mileage calculated at 54MPG), freeway capable? THIS IS THE BIKE FOR YOU! Your GS500F is fully freeway comfortable and capable with power to spare. Need to commute? This bike will provide the ride and the FUN in getting there. . .with a smile on your face! Details: Low miles: as of this writing. . .16,xxx A well ridden bike that didn't sit as eye candy in the driveway. BTW, bikes LIKE to be ridden -- it moves the gas in and out, cycles the oil for lubing the engine, battery gets charged and generally keeps the bike in great riding condition. Condition: I can't rightly call this excellent condition because she has a few nicks here and there, But I wouldn't grade it GOOD either because it has all it's parts in very good condition and LOOKS Excellent. Paint is in excellent condition. The high beam indicator light is out as I ride with the high beam on all the time for safety. All other lights work properly.
