I am a motorcycle tech, so it has been very well maintained by myself, and my master-tech boss, so you are getting a bike you can enjoy problem-free for a long time. This bike does, however, need it's 7500-mile service still, which includes a valve-clearance check. So I have subtracted half the service price-quote from my original asking price. You pay half, I pay half for the service. This is really the only issue. I am selling the bike because I would like to do some traveling next year and will be able to make the payment, but not having the payment will give me some more wiggle-room financially. Sergeant comfort low seat and 20mm handlebar riser from CNC rating make all-day riding much more comfortable, without sacrificing performance. Blue-books at $8800, so you are still getting a great deal here, even with the service requirement. Willing to negotiate, but low-ball offers will not be considered. Bike does not include stand.
