Awesome 1976 KZ900 Z1 for auction. This thing sounds mean and feels like it has the performance to back it up. Clutch feels like it has race springs in it. Not sure on the plates. Dyna ignition system. Seems to run good and wants to launch off the line. It does smoke occasionally. Not sure why. Seems to ride good as well. Has a newer battery and the tires look to be almost new. I was told by the 3rd owner that it has a fatter harley rim laced onto the kawasaki hub. Paint is black with either micro flake or some type of pearl. Tank is clean in the inside. Has a few nicks here and there. Mostly unmolested. Fender eliminated and after market taillight put on. Lowering blocks to drop the rear end. Not certain on the exhaust, but it looks like maybe kerker the way the header pipes are running. exhaust header pipes are wrapped. No baffle in the pipe. Overall a fantastic piece of history, and a good looking bike. Feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns. Leaks a tiny amount of oil through the stator cover which might just be the rubber grommet gasket where the wires run through. One of the floats might be sticking a bit as well. 1978 Honda CB 550 Four for sale. Was running and riding when parked almost 2 years ago. Mostly original and mostly there. Exhaust has no holes and looks like it will clean up nicely. Does have a dent on the header pipe as seen in picture. This is a project bike that will need a bit of tlc. It does leak oil from somewhere. Throttle has good action. Motor turns over like it should and has compression. Brakes work as they should. Tank looks clean on the inside. 2 coils were replaced with accel coils. Air filters were changed to the cones. Cool little XS400 bobber. Not perfect but a fun little bike. Runs, rides, and stops good. All hardtail and components seem very solid and put together well. Paint is black with very very heavy blue pearl with copper leafed graphics. I'm not sure what the actual mileage is of this bike. When started with the choke on it revs kinda high so you have to play with it a bit before she'll idle good without the choke. Has tach speedo horn and turn signals (front left bulb is burnt out). Kick start only but I believe the starter is still there along with the wiring so if you wanted to reconnect it may be possible. Tires are like new. Like I said, this is no perfect bike and it's older than me but it is fun as heck! This bike is sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Any shipping is responsibility of the buyer.

I have a 1978 XS 650 up for auction. I purchased it a couple years ago from, I believe, the second owner who had originally purchased it back in 89. Overall in pretty good unmolested shape other than a couple minor items. The seat was cut down and re-upholstered because it had a hideous king and queen seat on original seat pan. The exhaust baffles have been replaced as well, but the originals will come with it. Starts up, runs/rides/stop great. Tires are in good condition. It does leak oil on the top end. Should be an easy fix for anyone who is familiar with these motors. There is also a dent on the right side of the tank as seen in the pictures.
