Up for sale is my beloved V-Strom. This is a fantastic bike, and I've absolutely loved riding it when I've been able. It seems like every time I go out I get a comment from someone in the know about how great the bike is. This one has 21,836 miles on it, and is in great condition. I've barely ridden it at all, and the previous owner used it as a commuter on a 20min highway trip. The bike is mechanically very good, and I've never noticed a single thing wrong with the function. Apparently the original owner laid it over in the parking lot, and as a result had to replace the front turn signals and there are some scratches on the handlebar end caps (doing what they're designed for). The body of the bike has also been painted black with a thick textured paint, adding a bit of uniqueness to the feel of the bike. The original owner kept meticulous maintenance records, including all oil changes and the valve adjustment at 15k miles. The fork springs have been replaced with a slightly stiffer model as the stock springs are known to be soft. Currently I've got the extremely hard to find V-Strom tall seat on there, which adds about an inch and a half to the seat height. I also have a custom saddle on the stock pan that is wider and more comfortable than the stock seat, though I don't know who did the customization. There is also the hard case on the top, and I've got some soft bags I can throw in as well. This bike has the engine guard installed, as well as a center stand.
