2004 BMW R 1150 , New information on 10-3-2015: I had the starter replaced at Max BMW (several hundred dollars). It has a two year warranty. It has been run tested at Max BMW and runs fine. Price is lowered to $4800 ! If not sold soon, I will hold it over until spring, 2016. This MC was bought from Max BMW, No. Hampton, NH on 8/27/2013. It had 28864 miles and still has that mileage because I made a mistake in not trying it first. It is too heavy and big for me at 73. It has been stored on a dry cement floor in a large house basement since purchase with new battery taken out and charged periodically. It was sold for $7,721 (including about $1,000 for two added hardened lockable side BMW bags). It has the following features: disc brakes, no chain drive, heated handles, integral ABS, two keys (with key ID number tag), original BMW Motorrad Maintenance and Rider's manuals plus two BMW Service Maintenance CDs (in PDF format). Added features include: a BMW Universal bright brake light and a BMW rear luggage rack. It was thoroughly serviced before sale at Max BMW and has had NO road use since-used a few times in my backyard. It has BMW dealer Service stickers through 2008. It is registered and inspected through November. It is currently available for viewing/riding in my large backyard. $4,800.00
