An immaculate 2011 Yamaha FJR 1300, sport touring motorcycle which has been expertly maintained by a senior rider. This bike has always been garaged and still looks like new. Equipped with ABS braking, electric adjustable windscreen, heated handgrips (infinitely variable), Sargent Saddle (original saddle unused and included), electric hookup for heated gear, hardwired GPS and XM radio mounts (XM radio included), and hard saddlebags with removable liners. Other extras include Cee Bailey windscreen (original also included), OES frame sliders, Kisan headlight modulator, and Yamaha Service & Repair Manual. Mileage is 24,900 and the bike is equipped with Michelin Pilot Road 3 tires with lots of tread. This bike has never been dropped and is in immaculate condition. The Yamaha FJR 1300 A is powered by a fuel injected 1298cc engine which produces 141.5 bhp at 8000 RPM and 99.1 ft-lbs of torque at 6000 RPM. It delivers its power through a multi-plate wet clutch, a 5 speed transmission and shaft drive. It has an adjustable seat height, 6.6 gallon fuel capacity, and a wet weight of 644 lbs.

This is a super-nice 2-owner FJR1300 in cobalt blue with 23,429 miles on the odometer. The front is near-new. The PCIII is tuned to reduce off-throttle jerking, and the ride is much smoother than the non-tuned FJR. There are 10 miles on a fresh synthetic engine oil change and synthetic rear differential fluid change. The paint is excellent. You can also see in the photos that the side panels have been painted to match the rest of the FJR. The paint was done by an FJR expert in New York, not a rattle can or amateur job. It has a few nicks here and there, as expected with 23K miles. There are a few small nicks on the left saddlebag that can be seen in the photos. There is a small minor scratch on the front left just below the windshield. And the left headlight lens has a small scratch. My FJR will likely have the best paint of any FJR you will find from the mid 2000's. The bike has only been ridden an average of 2,600 miles per year, and of course has always been garaged. This is the Gen II FJR with the improved heat management, a problem with the '03-'05 Gen I FJR's. This FJR is a rocket. The 1300cc motor puts out 145 horsepower. There are zero mechanical or electrical issues with this bike. It runs as if it were new. The clutch, brakes, lights, everything is as it should be. 23K miles on these sport-touring bikes is nothing, as they frequently go past 100K miles. The Yamaha motor is well known for being bulletproof. You will not be disappointed with this FJR1300. I require a $500 deposit via Paypal within 24 hours of close of the auction.
