Up for sale is my heavily modified 2004 Ducati Multistrada 1000ds. I'm the third owner of this bike (2 years), the second owner was a well known Brooklyn based Ducati mechanic (7 years). This is hands down the best bike I've ever owned, and it has completely ruined sport bike's for me. With a light flywheel and the torquey 1000ds engine, it can do about 90% of what any sport bike can do, and the whole time your body feels like it's riding a Swedish cloud mattress. This bike has been ridden. With just under 24,000 miles on the clock (25k mile service completed earlier this year) it's clean and well maintained. That being said it does have a few cosmetic blemishes, and a few quirks. This bike comes with: Lightened Flywheel Full Arrow exhaust system Dyno Tuned with reflashed ECU by Eraldo Ferracci himself. And I'm sure I'm forgetting more... Since taking a new job at the beginning of 2015, my riding time has all but disappeared. This bike has been my daily ride in town, and while it's actually a great city bike, this is not its intended purpose. This thing should be breathing fire on twisty roads, or riding cross country. Instead I'm commuting 3 miles in city traffic every day, and have barely even taken it out of the city. I would like to see this bike in the hands of someone who has time to ride and is willing to continue putting this beast through its paces.
