Up for sale is my 2007 Ducati ST3 with ABS. This is the top of the line Ducati Sports Touring bike. These are not made anymore but are treasured by collectors around the world. After all, it is a Ducati. Most Ducatis are sports bikes with their total emphasis on sport. This one adds a little comfort to the equation and is the Ducati Sports Touring edition. This is a bike that you can do 800 miles on in one day, it is that comfortable. Google this bike and you will see nothing but super positive reviews from every source available. This bike has 16,500 miles on it. There are a couple small nicks and scrapes on the bike but you have to look to find them. It is in very good condition for a bike of its age and mileage. It has a very comfortable seat and riding position. You will get nothing but positive looks from everyone you pass. It is a gorgeous bike. This bike has the upgraded Ducati Performance exhaust system on it. It sounds fantastic. You have no doubt you have just cranked up a Ducati when this bike fires up. It sounds like no other. Service is up to date now but it is due to have the belts changed in the spring. A couple hundred bucks if you do it your self or about $600 at the shop. Normal maintenance on this bike is really nothing more than any other and significantly less than on my BMW's. Ducati's get a bad rap for maintenance but it really isn't bad at all. Tires have less than 1000 miles on them and are ready to go. This bike comes with the factory panniers which add a nice touch to the bike. You can take them off in a few seconds if you would rather ride without them. This bike also has the rear truck and truck rack. These two items are unobtainable on the open market. You never see them for sale but I am including them with the bike. The panniers are worth over $600 on the open market and the truck and rack goes for about $400 if you can find them. This bike also comes with factory ABS which is always a good thing to have on any bike. It also has an aftermarket touring windshield with a dark grey tint which adds to the bike's cool look. I am in the Atlanta area and open to helping with a fly and ride. I will also help with delivery up to 200 miles from Atlanta with full payment.

Up for sale is my beloved R1200RT. This bike has served me very well over the last few years. We have been on many trips together, an Iron Butt ride to California, up to Sturgis, out to New Mexico and hundreds of places in between. It has never let me down. The bike has just under 28000 miles on it. I bought it with 6600 and am the second owner. I just had the 24000 mile service down and had new Michelins put on it with in the last 2000 miles. All service is up to date and it is ready to go anywhere you want it to. The only reason I am selling is I am buying a BMW K1600 and I don't need two touring bikes. I am going to pull a trailer and the 1600 will do a little better job of it. The RT is a great handling bike and has always been in the top rankings of best sport touring bikes. Bike has never been dropped or down in any way. It is in excellent shape other than a scrape on the left side pannier where I got a little too close to the garage door. Bike has normal wear and tear of a bike of this age and mileage. It has been ridden like it was designed to be ridden. Options that I will include will be the color matched trunk, a set of PIAA driving lights and a couple of 12 volt plug ins to keep things charged up. Bike is 100% road worthy. This bike is mechanically sound and runs great. I drove it from Dallas, Georgia to Chattanooga, TN several weeks ago and averaged 80 MPH on the interstate. This bike rides like a dream on the highway and handles great in the city. Windscreen deflects most of the wind over and around your body, so can be ridden in cold weather. The only things that get cold in winter are my ankles and hands. Plenty of power from the 1000 cc engine. On the interstate I can release the grips and sit up with my arms crossed to rest my back and shoulders, (I’m 53) and the bike tracks in a straight line. It has a Throttle Meister throttle lock. The transmission has six speeds and shifts easily and smoothly. It has custom paint in the Ford Ruby Red color that was done by a local body shop. The finish is not the best as he did a quick and inexpensive job. For a 16 year old bike, the finish wasn't that much of a concern for me so I wasn't too disappointed. It was purple when I bought it several years ago. The finish is the only thing wrong with this bike. He didn’t remove the fuel cap so there is some ugly peeling that took place when I removed the tape. I don’t ride it much anymore since getting a Vulcan 1500 and a Goldwing GL1500. Makes a great commuter or touring bike; plenty of storage in two saddlebags and the trunk. I added a 12V cigarette outlet to the dash so you can connect your phone or GPS to a power source. It also has a charge receptacle on the right side connected to the battery. Carbs are clean and there are no fluid leaks. Gets about 35-40 mpg or better. If you are an inexperienced rider, this bike may have too much power for a first timer. Test rides require cash in my hand, safety equipment, and a valid motorcycle license.
