Here is a 2005 Honda Ruckus NPS50S scooter. It does not currently run. I purchased it in its current condition. Looks to be some carburetor problems or fuel pump. Tank has been removed and looks like someone was messing around with the fuel system. Everything is there. Kick starter does not work, seems to be locked up in the normal position, bolts are removed from kick starter side case and missing. Engine turns over when I hook a battery up to it, battery not included. Sounds good turning over. It did not start, but I didn't try to start it. I may tinker with it a bit to see if I can get it to fire up. Key included. No title. NC didn't require a license plate or registration on scooters until 2015 so many scooters here have no title or plate information. Right mirror glass is gone. Left headlight lens is gone. Radiator overflow tank looks to be dry rotted with a hole in it. This looks to have been sitting for awhile. Tires are good with good tread. Rims are good also, front wheel looks to have a lazy man's white spray paint job. Floor board removed but included. There are a lot of good parts on this scooter.
