1960's HARLEY DAVIDSON TOPPER SCOOTER for parts or restoration project. comes as pictured. we do not have the owners manual, engine or seat. fiberglass is cracked at the bottom edge but it is fixable. all steel parts are rusty. tires are bad. 12" rims. 22" wide at footrests. 34" high to handlebars. 53" wheel base axle to axle. has front and rear suspension. there is no registration or vin number. it looks like a 1961. we dont know the exact year. price includes a wood shipping crate. it is at a commercial location with forklift in trenary, michigan 49891. we will load this onto a truck for no additional fee. for sale to lower 48 states only. no international sales. we take paypal. we can get good prices on freight shipping. buyer pays shipping or picks up locally. we could meet you with this someplace if you are on our way to chicago or wisconsin. this must be paid for and picked up within 7 days of sale.
