I had this scooter for 3 years . Runs very good, I only put on about 500 miles since I bought it. The carrier is great and we can take the scooter with us on the motorhome or Suburban. I did not get a chance to have it Pa. state inspected this year but if this is a deal killer I will get it done . It went about 60 miles since last year. I can load it up and deliver it with in 100 miles of Philly. Pa. But I am sure you would want to come and see it for your self . Cash Deal.
