All sales are subject to $50 Documentation Fees, a 0.217% Texas State Inventory Tax, a $5 Temporary Tag Fee, and a $30 Texas State Inspection Fee. All Petrol and Patina Vehicles are pre-owned and sold “AS-IS” with no warranty or guarantee. Any legal proceedings from either party will take place in Dallas County, Texas. A $500 deposit will hold a vehicle for 24 hours in order for customer to organize funds or financing. After 24 hours $400 will be automatically refunded to the customer and the vehicle will be made available to the public. Dallas Auto Collective will keep a $100 re-listing fee for all returned deposits and cancelled sales. The $500 deposit is required for all transactions and must be made within 24 hours. Deposits can be made via PayPal or any major credit card (subject to 3% processing fee) over the phone. Final payment must be made in the form of Cashiers Check, Bank Financing, or Cash in person. Customer must make contact with Petrol and Patina within 24 hours of purchase.
