OFFERING 1936 Jaguar SS-100 Replica: Built in 1988 by Bear Motor Car Works of Edna, Kansas using 1978 Mustang II Chassis and V6 three-speed automatic transmission. It has a fiberglass body, 23,000 original miles. I purchased the car about 7 years ago for $9,800.00 and at that time it ran well and was in overall decent condition. I have since put more than 12,000 miles on it and completed over $10,000.00 in upgrades. For about 5 years the car was garaged in Los Angeles and has nicely handled many long-distance trips; the longest being from LA-St Louis, MO about two years ago. While the car is still not perfect, its about as nice a one you'll find of this particular make/model. Completed upgrades are as follows: · New white leather upholstery on doors and seats. · New canvas top and side curtains · New Firestone white wall tires, which now have about 12,000 miles of use · New Alpine stereo system with XM radio, Ipod compatible, CD player.
