Based on Chevrolet mechanicals, the Gazelle is the cure to the expensive sports cars of this period. A fiberglass kit car, the fit and finish are simply remarkable. The door gaps, trunk lid and other finishes are dead on with the paint a 9 out of 10. Building the Gazelle on the Chevy Cavilier frame was extremely smart. Others use the VW Beetles or Ford Pintos, but the reliable Chevy wasa sturdy, well-built, rear-wheel-drive chassis that delivers the oerfect amount of performance for the 2.5 liter inline-four cyclinder, 4 speed manual transmission and the GM rear axle. Built with front disc brakes and drums in the rear, she has excellent stopping power. As a ground-up build, the undercarriage is in excellent condition. She has a Gel Coated Fiberglass Body, wire wheels with 185/75/14 new tires, vintage white gauges, Tan vinyl roof/boot cover and storage cover. The best part, she has only 1,031 miles since her build.
