New aluminum radiator, fan, hoses etc. This replica has really nice heavy duty metal and frame work strongly and neatly done as pictured which makes this car much safer than a flimsy stretch . Even the compartment lids have nice heavy duty square tubular glassed in frames all neatly and professionally done - see pictures. Car also has trunk release cable and functioning nice trunk area as pictured. All 4 brand new Pirelli tires, rear are 345/35 ZR12 at a cost of over $2,500.00 not including the price of the wheels themselves! New Centerline wheels. The doors are hinged on heavy duty hinges yet need additional finishing etc, no shocks and doors need windows as car only had front glass windshield. Due to special request I have added a picture of the front end/door alignment as future described near end of this post concerning damage. All I had to do was simply put a screw in the inner fender well until the front is repaired from the reverse side, the damage was only the tabs on the sides concerning the door, front end alignment gap which is an easy fix to bolt right back up into place after fixing the nose as this car did not have head on inpact but rather going across a ditch hit under the front fiberglass nose - no metal was bent nor structural damage, easy repair. Incredible car that I am offering for sale for a limited time only as I honestly do not want to part with it but am moving and have no place for it presently without storing it, but will have to do so if I do not get the price that this car deserves. The only reason this car has a salvage title is because of the damage to the front end for which the fiberglass front part is unavailable as a new replacement part as this company does not do this kit now, so insurance had to declare it salvage even though there was no structural damage, and this title could possibly have the salvage status removed as it is easily cosmetically repairable. ****There is no frame damage, the front end is NOT knocked to one side, it simply has to be rebolted back on the bottom of each fender in front of the door to pull the fenders back in at the bottom to align it back up So don't let that scare you - this car actually ran across a ditch and skimmed across a lot of grass. The front unbolts and can be flipped over and glassed from the back side and reinstalled and all will align perfectly and then finish the exterior cosmetic work. Unfortunately I have to say that for those single cell organisms without a life who only live to make idiotic derogatory replies to listings I will make sure your account is terminated per Ebay policy. Drivable car not to sit in your garage for countless years waiting to get it to the point of enjoying it. Considering working out small details and preparing body for paint and detailing interior and all, I have priced this car right. Located in Greensboro North Carolina 27406 1988 Fiero. This car has great handling and is the only year that had the tubular chassis. The car is a very nice strong peppy running and great deep sounding 4 cylinder with 5 speed manual transmission which is the getrag Muncie transmission, a very strong and dependable 5 speed transmission. Just the dash kit alone for this car was $1,200.00 not including the price of the upper fiberglass door panels that gives the interior a look other than that of the stock Fiero though the door panels will need some attention on the lower halves, carpet etc. I am not sure if the fuel gauge works or not as it is full of fresh gas and I presently do not have correct tags/insurance to drive it daily. There are some various chips and small spider cracks that will need attention before painting and other body/prep work though I just had a coat of primer put on the car. Headlight motors need to be checked. This car has new rims (17x8.25) and new wide low profile tires. ($1,400.00) New front shocks. Also car has new fuel pump, and new clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder in rear so car shifts nicely and easily. Also new are $200.00 in new dew wipes and door felts with all window tracks lubricated and greased for easy operation. Door pins and bushings also just replaced.
