This is a great running and driving little buggy! All within the last 3 months, the carburetors were rebuilt, gas tank drained and cleaned, brakes gone over, 4 new tires, new driver quality paint, all lights and turn signals and much more done. It's still not completely finished but it is something you can drive around while finishing it up. Has the original matching number engine documented with factory book from Porsche when it was brand new! Please take a look at the video above as it should answer most of your questions, and If you have further questions, please give me a call at 949-285 – 8 0 1 1 Exterior wise, the car has a new paint job in it's original Irish Green color. This was not a high end paint job, however I would consider it decent driver quality. Please don't expect a show car, it's not. Overall body and paint are about a 7 out of 10, as a daily driver it is just fine to have allot of fun with. Looks great on the road but maybe don't enter into a show. Has mostly all original parts all around with exception of brand new rear European tail lenses and new chrome set of horn grills (metal). Bumpers are all there and comes with the ugly front bumper guards, not installed. I have the original Porsche hood ornament as well. Has all 4 matching number wheels and one matching spare. All tires are brand new. All glass is in good condition. Driver window is not rolling up although glass is there. The interior looks to be mostly original. Driver seat is comfortable and appears original but I'm not 100% sure. It has a hole in the outside bolster and the original horse hair can be seen. Passenger seat does not have any holes and is comfortable. Seat belts are there front and rear Has all original carpeting except for passenger floor carpet. Door panels are both there and are in fair shape. Both inside door handles are not working. Driver side missing a rod and clip. Rear seating is in very nice shape as well as rear shelf and side panels. Has factory Bluapunct radio which I have not put power to. Speedo works, Tachometer works and gas gauge seems to work will need the tank sender, temp gauge not working or not connected. Glove box light is working as well as overhead courtesy lights when doors open. Has original owners manual with original information on the car including date of deliver, engine number and chassis number and name of original owner. Also has original radio instructions and manual. Dash has cracks! Have what remains of the headliner with 2 of the metal bows. See video for more info please, I'm writing a novel here. Mechanically, the car starts, runs and drives good. I had the stock carburetors rebuilt, had the fuel system cleaned and where necessary new lines added. Gas tank of course was drained and cleaned out. Has a new starter. All lights work including turn signals, headlight and brake lights. The transmission shifts well and the clutch feels good. I have driven the car on the freeway and it feels solid on the road and handles good. Tires are brand spankin new. Brakes were taken apart and partially rebuilt where needed. Has some new lines and fittings. Master has recently sprung a new leak and needs attention but still stops fine. Floors are solid, has a bit of cancer in torsion area I'm told. The horseshoe under the nose is nice and clean.
