2008 Polaris Outlaw 525 S, ITP "Holeshot" Tires & FMF Pipe!!! When will Polaris have a straight-axle sport quad with a KTM engine? The answer is, now! The Outlaw 525"S" feature a high performance, 525cc, 4-valve KTM engine (OHC with roller rocker lever) with an 11:1 compression ratio and a 39 mm Keihin FCR-MX carburetor. The Outlaw 525 S features a premium straight axle suspension. Polaris has made it obvious that they are serious about making sport quads, starting with the release of the Predator 500 in 2003. With the Outlaw 525, They have been sharing technology with KTM to utilize their proven 525cc powerplants in the 2008 Outlaw. Polaris made two models of the Outlaw, one that has independent rear suspension {IRS}, and the "S" model with a straight axle, this one is the "S" model. With a list of riders including Matt Smiley, Bryan Baker, Daryl Rath, and Doug Eichner, it is no surprise the Polaris Outlaws have developed into a force to be reckoned with in the ultra-competitive sport ATV market. Not only has Polaris enlisted Pro level talent to pick apart their creations, but also a slew of amateur XC and MX riders to offer input on their machines from the perspective of riders closer to the average enthusiast. The rear shock on the S model is fully adjustable, with compression and rebound adjustment in addition to variable spring preload on the dual rate spring stack. This one has been set up with a FMF exhaust system, and ITP "Holeshot" tires on it.It also has nerf bars that have been installed on it. The Outlaw features a 5-speed transmission with reverse and an industry-exclusive, hydraulic clutch for smoother engagement, and dual A-arm front suspension and an aggressive body style to fit the sport rider. Looking for a true sport quad? If so, this one is worth a look!!! Every ATV goes through rigorous inspection, cleaning and examination before we feel comfortable considering it a part of our inventory and available for sale. Once we are through with our thorough inspections and cleanings and the quad has been approved for sale, we photograph it from all angles. The picture views assure to our clients that the machine is in good condition and there are no flaws to hide, which is important to both us and to our online buyers.
