2002 was the final year for the Cadillac Eldorado, and Cadillac made a special collector series of cars to honor the heritage and tradition of the Eldorado. They only made 1596 cars, ( three times the 532 built of the original 1953 Cadillac Eldorado ) and they were only made in white and Aztek Red. . We purchased this car from the original owner, my friend's aunt Ginny Lou, who was retiring from driving. She was a successful businesswoman, and she bought a new Cadillac every couple of years. She took excellent care of her cars, always in the garage, and driven sparingly - this car only has 58,500 original miles!! It's been beautifully cared for and still looks almost new! . . This is Ginny Lou, with the '78 Jeep she sold me a few years ago. She always wanted a Yellow car, and when she went to Dutton Cadillac in 2002, they did not have any yellow Cadillacs! All of her previous cars were yellow, but she wanted to make a bold statement, so she picked the Aztek Red Caddy! . Here's her license plate - this was on her Cadillacs going back to the 70's. Both front and rear plates are included with the car, as are both of the Dutton Cadillac plastic plates! . The Special features on the ECS - the ELDORADO COLLECTOR SERIES were extensive and significant, making for a much more attractive and powerful car than the standard car 300 Horsepower, rather than the standard 275. free flow stainless exhaust system used only on the ECS Collector Series Eldorado Special 16"chrome wheels, unique to the ECS Collector series Special leather interior, with red accent stripes on the black leather Carbon fiber interior trim, instead of the standard woodgraining. Speed sensitive steering and stabili-trak lower stance - improves looks and handling Painted grille and trim, instead of chrome, for a unified and aggressive look. Totally loaded with options - every option available on the 2002 Cadillac! Numbered dash plate - this car is 784 of 1,596 built! . $48,512 when it was new! . Here is the list of Factory equipment from the original window sticker - an impressive list indeed! Here's a Video showing the car in operation . I love the Collector Series badge and the carbon fiber trim! . . Dutton Cadillac in Riverside, California was the selling dealer. The only time it's been out of state was on a trip to Arizona! Needless to say it's rust free and a documented California car! . Look at the reflections in the original paint - it's absolutely spectacular! . These 16" Chrome wheels look like new - deep, beautiful chrome and no curb scarring ! All four of them are this nice, with excellent tires too! . Yes! That's the original mileage! 58,431 as of this writing. . And look at that beautiful interior! Wow! Note the red Collector series accent stripes on the seats! . These seats are so soft and comfortable ! Note just a teeny bit of wear on the seat bolster, but this leather is still soft, live and unbelievably comfortable ! . Nice accessory control console - CD, AM/FM Radio, and the now quaint Cassette tape feature! The AC on this car is super cold ! Original books, including the ONSTAR manuals. . Owners manual and Cadillac promotional items. I love it. . The Embossed Cadillac crest in the original leather. . "ELDORADO" Embossed in the doorpanels. More great details ! . Beautiful doorpanel, note the carbon fiber trim above the doorhandle, and the red accent on the map pocket. . . Beautiful and original rear seat area. love those stripes! . There is the very clean 300 Horsepower 4.6 Liter V-8 Engine! It runs great! Passed the California smog check easily, it's a great motor! . Clean and nice engine bay. . Clean underhood. . Super clean trunk lid . And super clean trunk! . Here's a cool original feature, a mesh carrier that stretches across the trunk. And look at the beautiful finish of the trunk jambs, this car is really well kept! . I noticed a couple of little scuffs on the front bumper. . Here's the factory painted grille, it gives the car a more aggressive look. . A Stunning car! that original paint is absolutely beautiful! . Here it is on my business trip to Arizona - that car drives beautifully and is unbelievably comfortable ! And even among collector car people it draws attention, it has the right mix of color, excellent condition and flash that it makes people take notice! . Wow! . Wow! . An absolutely beautiful car in pristine condition! Offered by the Vault Classic Cars Dealership, Anaheim, CA, call us at 714-401-1047 International customers are welcome to buy! . This 1963 Studebaker Avanti is an excellent, rust free survivor original, with 289 V-8, Power windows, Power disc brakes, and good California history going back to the 1980's, when the former owner, Charles Mylor owned it. The Vault Classic Cars dealership recently purchased it from the estate, and got it up, running and driving ! . Here is a video of the car as it is now, in action and operating! The car had been sitting, barn find style, in the former owner's driveway. We rescued it, and performed the necessary CPR. It Lives ! . It's all stock and authentic, with the Studebaker 289 R-1 V-8, Borg Warner automatic transmission, and Power steering, Power front disc brakes, Power windows, and full instrumentation including Tachometer. And a brand new Strato-View rear view mirror on the fender! . Excellent fiberglass, solid hog-troughs and frame. Good original chrome and stainless. . Brand new dual exhausts from manifold to exhaust tip. Brand new 15 inch whitewall tires. Current title, plate and registration with no back fees. . The brilliance of using fiberglass was the ability to make curves and surfaces that couldn't be done with steel. When you look at other 1963 automobiles, they're basically square boxes with some texturing / styling on the sides. The AVANTI, on the other hand, was curvy everywhere, and it was beautiful viewed from any angle ! . The original '63/64 Studebaker Avanti's had a rakish stance. The later ones, the Avanti II's and later, had to make room for the increased height of the Chevrolet Engine, so they just don't look right! . No Chevrolet here! This is the stock and original Studebaker 289 V-8, Running good ! Note the ignition shielding. I have the spark plug shields and they're included with the car but they're not installed right now. . The original interior ! It's held up pretty well! The carpeting is very tired, and I would think you would want to re-do the front seats, but overall amazingly good for original ! . The original back seat - clean, no rips or tears in the original Elk Vinyl. . Excellent original! I noticed that the console vinyl and the rear arm-rests appear to be died in the Elk color over Orange ( ! ) pieces. Orange was an Avanti interior color, but I don't understand why Orange would be here, in an obviously originally Elk interior. I guess I'll never know. . Nice original dash, with a couple of cracks showing. You'll also note the A/C vents. It appears the former owner was in the process of converting the car to A/C. I include the fan assembly and the console side panels with the car. There would still be quite a bit of work and parts needed to actually finish the A/C conversion. . All of those guages work properly except for the Tachometer. . . Nice original headliner, with padded "Roll Bar" . Note there's one little puncture in the headliner. . Nice Original doorpanels. . When bucket seats were really bucket seats! . Roof mounted headlight, instrument light and heater / defroster switches. Part of what makes the Avanti so cool ! . Trunk is pretty clean. When we got the car, it had a trunk mounted battery, which is now gone in favor of the correct 3EE 12 Volt "Suitcase" style battery under the hood. . Jack and jack crank in the spare tire well, and lugwrench in the special area off to the left. It is missing the spare tire and wheel. . New exhaust and solid frame! . Stock and authentic, the way it should be. . Another view of the 289 Studebaker R-1 V-8 . The right door had some unprofessional fiberglass repair. There are also 2 holes in the other door where a non-authentic mirror used to be. Other than that, the fiberglass on this car looks really good to me ! . There's the original Blue personalized plate, I'll also include the rear plate. The current plate on the car is a modern California white plate, shown in some of the other photos. . Sure it needs a paint job and some cleanup, but it's a really good, solid, easy to restore - and reasonably priced - authentic R-1 Avanti ! . Another great angle on the Avanti Styling! . A great profile ! . A good car! . Offered by the Vault Classic Cars Dealership, Anaheim, CA, call us at 714-401-1047 International customers are welcome to buy! We’ve sent many cars overseas. 1957 CHANG JIANG MOTORCYCLE WITH SIDECAR. THIS IS A COPY OF A 1938 BMW R-71 MADE IN CHINA AFTER WWII. THERE'S LOTS OF HISTORY ON THESE ON LINE SO YOU CAN FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT TOOK PLACE BETWEEN WHEN THE GERMANS FIRST MADE THEM IN 1938 AND HOW THE CHINESE ENDED UP BUILDING THEM MUCH LATER. WE BOUGHT IT FROM THE IMPORTER IN 1998 AND HAVE RIDDEN IT A TOTAL OF ABOUT 1100 MILES. IT'S CRUDE AND THE CHROME HAS SURFACE RUST ON IT BUT IT'S STILL AN REALLY NEAT BIKE TO HAVE AND RIDE AROUND NOW AND THEN. IT STARTS, AND RUNS WELL. IT GOES DOWN THE ROAD BUT IS SLOW AND HAS MARGINAL BRAKES. IT DOES HAVE 4 NEW TIRES AND A NEW BATTERY ALONG WITH OTHER MISCELLANEOUS SMALL THINGS DONE TO IT. THE COMPANY WE BOUGHT IT FROM IS STILL IN BUSINESS AND HAS SPARES AVAILABLE. IT'S FUN TO RIDE AND ALWAYS DRAWS LOTS OF ATTENTION WHERE EVER IT'S TAKEN. ONE OF THE BEST THINGS ABOUT IT IS THAT IT'S CURRENTLY REGISTERED HERE IN CALIFORNIA. I HAVE A CLEAN TITLE IN MY NAME AND THE REGISTRATION IS GOOD TILL JANUARY NEXT YEAR. IF YOU'RE FAMILIAR WITH THESE YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT A CURRENT REGISTRATION IS. THERE'S MANY OF THESE IN THE US BUT NOW THEY CAN'T BE LICENSED. $7500 OBO. I WOULD ALSO CONSIDER A TRADE FOR A '91- '96 CAPRICE WAGON OR THE BUICK OR OLDS MODEL OF THE SAME CAR. THANKS, MIKE.

Offered by the Vault Classic Cars, Fullerton, California , 714-401-1047, is this spectacular 1927 Pierce-Arrow Series 36 Enclosed Drive Limousine - the top of the line car for Pierce-Arrow in 1927 ! And this particular car is a beautifully and authentically restored one, with substantial trophy history! .Pebble Beach 2011, 3'd in Class Pierce-Arrow Society Best in Class 2013 Best in Class 2011 Del Mar Concours Second in Class 2010 CCCA National Annual Meeting. . Normal 0 The Series 36 was brought out by Pierce Arrow as an update to the previous series 33 in 1926 and was available in 1927 and 1928. It was the top of the Pierce Arrow line, far more expensive than the “economy” series 80. Although no accurate production figures are known, we estimate no more than 1,500 were produced in 1927 and another 500 in 1928. The 2010 Pierce Arrow Society Roster indicates only seven 1927 Enclosed Drive Limousines are registered. The Series 36 was available in seventeen styles, from the Coupe to the Limousine and ranged in price from $5,875 to $8,000 at a time when average homes were selling at around $3500 and a new Ford could be purchased for approximately $500. The Series 36 Pierce was powered by a 100hp dual valve “T” head straight six engine, three speed transmission and had a vacuum assist braking system. The Pierce automobile was known for its reliability as well as both its high quality and attention to detail. The Series 36 limousine had factory features such as gold plated bright work in the passenger’s compartment, wool broad cloth upholstery, an intercom system, a partition window, “his” and “hers” vanities, silk privacy window screens and mahogany window trim. The driver’s compartment sported an all leather interior including the driver’s bench seat, the headliner and kick panels, as well as a wood grained dash and nickel plated bright work. . By 1927 Piece-Arrow had 4 wheel brakes. The series 36 was an incremental improvement over the previous year's series 33. . Beautifully finished in Russian Blue and black, with correct and tasteful grey pinstriping. . Normal 0 This particular vehicle started its life with the Pickwick Stage Line. The Company soon merged with the Limited Imperial Valley Stage Line and provided service to southern California back in the 1910’s and 1920’s. The Pickwick Stage Line first used Ford vehicles but soon moved to utilizing Locomobiles and Pierce Arrow touring vehicles for hire. The passengers could either ride outside the vehicle, sitting on the tool box, or sit comfortably inside, depending on the fare paid. In 1928 The Pickwick Stage Line officially merged the transportation side of the company with Greyhound and formed the Greyhound Corporation that we know today. The next legal owner that we could trace was Johnson Motor Company of Colton, Ca. They then sold the vehicle to Mr. Rex Parker of Colton CA. We have the original State of California registration certificates for 1952 and 1953 indicating that Mr. Parker was the registered owner of the vehicle. Mr. Parker owned the vehicle until 1965 when he sold it. During the time that Mr. Parker owned the vehicle it was used in the high desert in California. The car at that time was almost entirely complete and original, but had deteriorated cosmetically over the years, and needed to be restored. . Normal 0 In October 1965 Mr. Parker sold the vehicle to Mr. Ernie Follis for the sum of $400 (I have the original receipt). In 1965 Mr. Follis was in the process of acquiring old vehicles, especially Pierce Arrows. Mr. Follis is well known in the Pierce Arrow community and is considered an expert on Pierce-Arrow restoration. This car was acquired from Mr. Follis in 2005. During the life of his ownership, some 40 years, he had stored the car indoors, and had done enough work to assure that the engine started but did not do any restoration work. . . This view gives a sense of the high quality of the paint and bodywork. The dark blue and black are especially revealing, and there is not an imperfection to be found! The motto of Mr. Follis and Mr. Harris during the restoration: " If a thing is worth doing, it's worth doing right!". . Normal 0 . Normal 0 The steering box was removed and repaired, and the booster brake mechanism was no longer functional so it was removed and reconditioned. The running board material and molding was removed and replaced with the appropriate material. The brakes were overhauled and new pad material was installed. All of the glass had been broken out so the frames were removed, reconditioned and new safety glass installed. The Division window drive mechanism was reconditioned and new glass installed. The wiring had deteriorated and was all replaced with the appropriate period correct wiring. The intercom was reconditioned and reinstalled – and it works! The vacuum windshield wipers were removed, reconditioned and once again made functional. All of the instruments were removed, reconditioned and the dials repainted and the dash woodgraining was redone to match the original scheme. All of the bright work for the car was redone in either nickel or gold plating to match the original. The “his” and “her” vanities in the passenger’s compartment were remanufactured using the original clock and perfume bottles. The transmission was overhauled with all of the bearings replaced. The passenger compartment upholstery was redone using wool broad cloth patterned from the original. The driver’s compartment upholstery was redone using leather to the original pattern. The iconic triple tail light was a well known indicator of the Pierce Arrow brand. . Lets consider these tail lights again - they're stamped "Pierce-Arrow", and they're black with Nickel plated bezels. All of the plating on this car is the correct Nickel. Except of course the rear interior fittings, which are done in the correct Gold plating! . The Very lap of luxury in 1927 - Rich wool broadcloth, deep wool carpeting, and gold plated fittings! Fortunately, this car still had the remnants of the original interior which helped for patterns during restoration. . This pattern was taken exactly from the original. Look at the beautiful work on this interior! . A feature of the Enclosed Drive Limousine body style are the dual jumpseats for additional passengers. . Here are the jumpseats retracted. . The passenger vanity has a Pierce / Waltham clock, and perfume bottles, along with slim writing pads. . The other passenger vanity has a cigarette lighter and ashtray. Feast your eyes on the gold plating ! . Let's take a look at the driver's compartment. The steering wheel is real hardwood, the dashboard is woodgrained sheetmetal, exactly as it was when the car was new. . The Driver's compartment is properly trimmed in leather. . The Floorboards are correctly done in Linoleum. . That is a spectacular dashboard ! . Wow! . A very interesting windshield wiper mechanism , the Trico Visionall - it's vacuum operated, and the wipers slide side to side across the windshield. It was restored and works properly! . Demountable wood rims, with Nickel plated hubcap. Also note the front wheel brake drum! . Let's look at the detail of this giant Six Cylinder engine. 4 inch bore and 5.5 inch stroke makes 414 cubic inches! . by the series 36, the cylinder block was cast as a single unit. . Note the Pierce Carburetor and cast aluminum fan. . Here's the early version of the oil filter, the "Oil Rectifier". . The Pierce-Arrow oil can mounted to the firewall . It's details like this that set a great restoration apart from the merely good ones. . It's beautiful underneath too! . Attention to detail ! . Beautiful undercarriage - note the "PIERCE" stamped into the front axle forging towards the right of the photo. . Here's a photo of the headlight illuminated. Of course both of them work! . The beauty of the step plate, and then the diamond-tread pattern of the runningboard reflected in the beautiful paint. . The trademark Pierce-Arrow headlight in the fender. . Pierce script Moto-Meter temperature gauge. . Normal 0 Normal 0 The fender mounted vertical trunk that is located on the right hand running board is a very unique piece. The limousine, with the dual spare mounted in the rear of the car did not have a place for mounting a trunk to carry the various clothing items needed to accompany the passengers, so this unique and totally restored trunk was used. . Here is the beautifully restored runningboard trunk, in leatherette and nickel fittings. . Trunk interior, with wood hangers and beautiful inner liner. . The fold-down box is additional storage . . these are the clamps that hinge out and clamp the trunk to the runningboard. I have to admit being fascinated with this trunk, it's a very interesting accessory! . Heavily documented. 5 binders, including 2 As-Found photos, Restoration notes, Pierce-Arrow Parts catalog reproduction,, Operation and care manual reproduction, and 1 folio with restoration receipts. . Restoration receipts, nicely organized. . Summary of Vendors used in the restoration. . More restoration summary . Here are photos of the car prior to restoration - a good, sound, almost entirely complete car that just needed the efforts of 2 extremely talented owners and their network of professional subcontractors. . a view during the painting process. . Here are the Pebble Beach 2011 show field documents - this car won a Third place in it's class, an impressive result against world class competition! After you sign a motor vehicle purchase or lease contract, it may only be cancelled with the agreement of the seller or lessor or for legal cause, such as fraud. However, California law does require the seller to offer a 2 day contract cancellation option on used vehicles with a purchase price of less than $40,000, subject to certain statutory conditions. See the vehicle contract cancellation option agreement for details. The prospective purchaser of a vehicle may, at his or her own expense and with the approval of the dealer, have the vehicle inspected by an independent third party either on or off the dealership premises. All Prices shown DO NOT include California Sales Tax, DMV fees, smog certificate on post-1975 vehicles, Documentation fees, and any late registration fees owed to DMV.
