This is a special SUV without any excuses - no paintwork, no mechanical defects. Original cost of vehicle was $45,000, currently appraised for $25,000 - $35,000. NO RESERVE. Clean title. VIN #: 4BWF50F8K00054Z (Car Fax available). Less than 27,000 original mile, drives and looks like new. This 1989 LaForza was one of 900 imported to the U.S. LaForza contracted with Pinnin Farina of Ferrari fame, to assemble the chassis, body, and the interior. The cars were shipped to Cars and Concepts in Michigan where a special Ford Performance Factory (fuel injected, 5.0-liter V-8) and a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive was installed. An Iveco on the fly 2wd to 4wd were also installed at the same time. Original engine completely upgraded with a Kenne-Bell supercharger along with Air Flow Researach Competition Heads, competition cams and pistons. Also installed is a RV 2000 heavy-duty transmission to handle the torque of the new power train. Suspension upgraded with cusomt Quiknor stablizer bars and recalibrated with Bilstein shocks. All the upgrades were done with no expense spared (all reciepts available - totallying nearly $17,000). This vehicle has 100% original paint, interior, wheels and tires. Car has been completely serviced - all fluids, filters, sensors updatd and A/C to current standards with a new compressor and dryer. Interior is all gray leather without any blemishes. The wood is light burl. Interior carpet like new with custom LaForza mats. Seats 5 in comfort has 6 way power front seats. Rear seats can be removed without tools. Yeilds 96 cupic feet of cargo space. Power tilting sunroof, dual power mirrors, key change remote, curise control, power windows, newly upgraded saltellite and computer compatible radio with multiple speakers. Tires are Yokohama Goosanders P265-70R-16S. Manual and tools are also still together with the vehicle. All of the engine and transmission parts are readily available Ford components. The transfer case is Chrysler. All of the suspension parts, brakes, etc... are from a Southern California supplier. Car History: This car was purchased new in Southern California.
