1979 Maico 250 Magnum MX bike. All it needs is grips - those are included in the deal. Have non-faded M. Robert front fender - all plastic is in fine shape. The tank is dent free, with JT Racing decals. Pipe has no dents, Runs and rides fine. Fitted with original shocks - non leakers. Bought this bike last year for vintage racing - but have decided that I am too old and slow. This is a Maico -- not a CZ, Husqvarna, Bultaco, Penton, KTM . Buyer responsible for shipping. This is a 1980 Maico Mag II, I am the original owner and raced the bike in 1980. It was purchased at Williamsville Welding in Holland NY from the late great Al Gillen. The bike is ready to go. It has Fox Factory Shox that were rebuilt by Thor Lawson within the past several years, The bike has some MX 338 sand on it now as I raced it in a ACR event there two years ago and it has sat in the barn since. The bike needs nothing other than a wash job - and I will do that before pick up. Has all the original plastic except the front fender and that is a M Robert after-market replacement of the original front fender. It has Fox number plate backgrounds and a few Euroland stickers on the bike. All sales are final and you need to arrange shipping or come pick up the bike in Upstate NY. A $250 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of purchase and the balance due must be paid on pick up in cash.
