2008 Smart fortwo passion. Car has been well taken care of and i have had ZERO mechanical issues with it what so ever. The only issues with the vehicle are minor cosmetic flaws. Most of which can be fixed fairly easily. Additional Features/Add ons/Options include: 6 CD ChangerAuxiliary Cord/Ipod or MP3 HookupHeated Suade SeatsTachometer & Clock on Dash The bad, are only minor cosmetic flaws. Which I will do the best to list below, and include photo's of. There is a few deep scratches on the front drivers side bumper.These were here when i purchased the car (See photo). It's as if previous owner scrapped a curb or such. There is a small scratch on the passenger side door. This is a minor scratch, and only visible when dirt gets in. There is a long scratch across the back gate/door. Across where your license plate mounts.(Both of these appear to be "Key" scratches, and can be fixed fairly easily. Also. See pictures) I believe these can be cleaned up, fixed, filled and repaired very easily. As they are not deep at all. Back passenger rim has dent. Holds air, no issues with it. (See picture)Occurred when driving in Chicago and a very large pothole came out of nowhere. Driver side latch for front hood/maintenance flap needs to be replaced.The small hood on front houses the radiator and fluids (Engine is in the trunk)A small latch/lock part had broken. I have the replacement part to do so and attempted to yesterday. I was on a time crunch and couldn't figure out how to properly get where I needed to. The front right latch is currently locked in just fine and there is a small amount of clear packing tape on the right left side. (Just as a temporary precation for the hood to stay down, due to the locking part). I've driven this at 75+ on the highway as it sits, on an everyday basis with no problem. (usually a steady 65mph though) I have the part, and can replace prior to sale. The passenger seat has some stains, rings in the fabric. (Which previous owner had done.) I'm sure they can be shampoo'd and cleaned out. Passenger side seatbelt has some tear/damage.(Previous owner as well) It is not weakened, by any means and functions as intended. Would also be easy to replace. I drive this car daily. In no rush to sell.Just think it's time for something new. Previous owner worked for Mercedes and went over vehicle. I was told that they require oil change every 10-12k miles (I think) or once a year. He also mentioned that the car would tell you when it was time to be serviced for an oil change. It takes premium, more expensive oil. Of which I believe I have enough quarts for 2 full oil changes. The vehicle is an automatic/Manual transmission. I drive the car solely in Automatic. Yet you have the option to drive in manual. It will be a clutchless manual. The Tachometer on the Dash also makes it easier to drive in manual. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
