FIRST YEAR of PRODUCTION 1951 AERMACCHI 125N CIGNO Super Rare Model in the USA. Never seen or Sold on Ebay. This Rare Aermacchi has been in my collection for over 15 years. Title in My Name. 125cc. Single Horizontal Cylinder 2-Stroke. ORIGINAL CONDITION with ORIGINAL PAINT. EXPORT MODEL from Switzerland. Made in Italy. CIGNO means SWAN. Named by the Designer Ing. Lino Tonti's Wife. She said it looked like a graceful Swan. With the Glove Box mounted in the down position for Girl riders. The Glove Box mounted in the up position, scooter looks like a motorcycle for Boys. 1951 ISDT Races WINNER. 1952 ISDT Races WINNER. The CIGNO 125N Model manufactured only in 1951 and 1952. In 1953 Aermacchi added Model U and Model M and changed the N Model to DELUXE N Model. RUNS and Rides. 125cc 2-Stroke with 3-speed Twist Shift. PLEASE VIEW ALL PICS SHOWING CONDITION.
