1923 Stanley Steamer 740B , California top in great condition. The car was last restored in 1959 and has held up rather well. New tires were put on in 1997 and have less than 100 miles since then. A new boiler was installed in 2001. The car does run and drive and ready to be enjoyed. All the wood under the seats and the seats themselves are clean and damage free. The vehicle is complete and ready to go. Not missing any parts or trim that we know of. The only damage is some minor paint burns on the hood and some minor rust on the Right front fender where it attaches to the running board. The rest of the car is solid and rust free. This car has been stored in doors at an old Willys Jeep Dealership show room in Lisbon, Ohio since purchased by my family in 1997 out of London, Pa. The car has been worked on several times and appraised by Willis Able who I believe is the same person that works on Jay Leno's Steam cars. This car is a true time piece and would make a great addition to your collection. If you are even viewing this add you know how hard it is to find Steam cars in this condition or at all. The only reason we are selling the car is that my grandfather has passed and we don't have room for the car any longer. I have several pics you can view at the link below.
