This car is a very solid 1928 Hupmobile. The body is in excellent condition, no rust or dents. All of the wood has been fully restored in the body, floors, and doors. Doors close very well and very nice gap. I believe i have fully pieced this car all back together. All that I know im missing is the carburetor, fuel tank, gas cap, radiator cap, and rear bumper. I have a a spare motor and a spare cowl. It took two cars to build this one. The Hupmobile is very rare. The motor is clean and turns over freely, I know this car would run if the motor was given a little more attention. The motor needs a thermostat, fan belt, radiator hose, and a carb. I know it would fire up and run great. Motor has been rebuilt and restored from what I can tell. The body is in great shape, rear fenders are in great shape, front fenders have a couple dents and dings, there is some rust in the running boards but over all this is a super solid car to start your Hupmobile restoration or just get ii running and drive as is. I have all of the window regulators mounted in the car but I do not have the glass. All of the glass is flat and could be made easily. I have all of the window garnish moldings that were very hard to find. I do not want to sell this car, as it has taken me some time to piece together but I have to many other projects. This truck has a 33,000 gvw and is dual axles. The steer tires are brand new and the drive tires have about 60% life remaining. The truck is very strong and is ready to work. The engine is a CAT 3126 and no major defect. Truck's A/C is not working, compressor and all component are still in place, unsure what is needed to revitalize a/c. I am selling to buy something with 3 axles and larger. Sheet metal on bed is 1/8" and is good conditions. No noticeable holes or major thinning of bed sheet metal.
