VINTAGE RICKMAN TRIUMPH MOTOCROSS BIKE ..... 1971-72 Rickman , with a 1969 Triumph 250 Motor .... This Bike was Built by the people at Robinson Streetrackers ... No expense spared on this one .... Nickel Plated frame has been modified to use this motor , and replated .... cerrani front forks have been rebuilt with new springs and seals .. New sun rims and buchanen spokes and new Dunlop up front and Pirelli Rear tire ... Hubs are original , and have been polished ... new brake shoes front and rear ... one off custom rear sprocket , and new chain ... vintage solid aluminum handlebars .. new levers and perches , new magura throttle ... new clutch front brake ,and throttle cable .. new grips ... new seat cover and foam ... new period correct paint and decals .... new carb ... Titanium custom exaust pipe and muffler ... new Progressive rear shocks .... allen engine bolts ... all fasteners are in mint shape ... I took this bike as a trade around 2006... Rode it up and down the driveway one time , realized it was too nice to risk damage in the dirt ..LOL , I have modern mx bikes, So I drained the tank , and it sat in the room you see in the pics .. Took it to some vintage shows , and it won 2008 AMCA JUNIOR FIRST Chesapeake chapter , so it became a show bike , and has won many trophies , and has been in a few magazines ... From about 08 until now , it has been stored inside my house , and at this time I have discovered that the clutch plates are stuck , ... It will need a new gasket , and some time spent freeing up the clutch ... I have an extra side cover , and may have a gasket .. not sure .... The tank is Dry and theCarb on there now has never had fuel ran through it ... The motor is free with good compression and was rebuilt when I got it ..... not much to do to get this running right .... I also have a chainguide that has not been installed ... LOCAL PICKUP .... The best I can do with shipping , is agree to be here when a shipper arrives... everything else is up to the buyer ......

1996 Beta Techno 250 Trials Bike. Runs great. Cosmetically looks decent. Rear fender has been repaired and is stitched together. Please contact me if you want to check out the condition of the bike BEFORE you buy. I am not a trials expert (and my learning attempt did not last long), so not sure what to look for on these bikes. If you want to ask me specific things to check out, I will. Bill of sale only, no title. I will not be available for pick up Jul 25-28 and Aug 4-12, so pick up will need to be outside of those windows. I will not ship. I will not crate. If paid in full, I will help load the bike onto the truck of a shipper you arrange.

Up for your consideration is a 1974 VR 250 very desirable AHRMA bike. I have to many irons in the fire so i am letting VR go. Easy restoration it needs fenders and number plates which are available through RPM. Put AV fuel mixed with castrol /benol and bike fired and screamed wide open? crank seals perhaps so new seals come with bike. However after further investigation slide in carb hanging up due to bad throttle cable looks like wrong one. Also has period correct Fox shocks in great shape, Bike has a early 80s bombardier /can am front end so front end would need to be sourced. Comes with new front tree as well as parts manual. Priced parts and bike can be completed for about $400. Good luck bike is sold where is as is and shipping pick up is buyers responsibility.
