Up for sale a 1991 kx250 very fast bike carbon wrap body workI am selling it cheap because it needs the carburetor rebuilt or cleaned, I tried to start it today and I couldn't get it going even though it has a new rebuild motor less than 3 hours, my guess is that it needs the carburetor rebuilt or cleaned, it has good compression and it has spark so what ever it is must be a cheap fix I already spent too much money and time on this bike I recently got a street bike so I lost interest on this one. I just want to free up the space its taking in my garage so my loss is your gain.$1200 cash AS ISThe rebuild kit is around $50 for this bike, or worst case scenario $130 for a new complete carburetor but the one that it has right now has been polished along with the reed cage. MOST INDIANA DIRTBIKES THIS OLD DO NOT HAVE TITLES Bill of sale from me and previous owner included. more about it; 1991 kx250 2 stroke fully rebuilt, completely taken apart all ball bearings regreased, new clutch and throttle cables, medium gel grips, new black seat, new filter, carburetor has a polished job on it, polished head dome, polished reed cage, new reeds, new original kick start lever, the engine has been completely cleaned plus rebuilt with wiseco top end and bottom end new all balls crankshaft bearings, honed sleeve still in stock piston specs, new connecting rod thrust washers and bearings, all new gaskets good clutch, new iridium ngk spark plug with a new performance fox racing coil blaster and wire (needs to be installed), pro circuit pipe and slip on muffler, the engine has been completely cleaned on the outside no old grease and dirt anywhere it has aftermarket wheels, the front tire is new and the rear is in good condition, rk o ring chain, metallic black aluminum swng arm with steel frame, carbon fiber wrap shrouds and tank, the wrap job is not perfect it has a few wrinkles here and there but it looks awesome overall, I'll throw in an original repair manual, Ill throw in an aluminum stand.

Up for sale is a one owner 73 Husqvarna 250wr. The bike is in unbelievable shape considering the year and the fact that it is unrestored. The tank is very nice, although there are a few flaws. The white bordering the chrome has been touched up and there chrome itself isn't perfect. There are a few other marks but it is overall very respectable. The seat looks nice but it has had a few rips that have had repair attempts, which the pics reflect. The paint on the frame and engine is still pretty nice, and the fenders aren't beat up. The bike has a period correct skyway spark arrestor, and the exhaust pipe is still very nice. The original Magura grips and lever adjuster covers are still in place, the Akront rim decals re still in tact, and the owner replaced the tires with the Trelleborgs that originally came on these old Huskys. The bike starts in 1-3 kicks and runs awesome. It shifts fine, rides great, and the brakes work as they should. I have some spare carb parts, cables, a plastic air filter cover, a few misc gaskets, and the original owners manual. I also have the original cover that the owner bought with the bike back in 73'. This bike is not a perfectly restored showpiece, but it is one of the most complete, unmolested survivors that you will find. I've done my best to describe it with words and pictures.
