Not restored, just well-preservedI bought this new from Yamaha dealer in 1977 as a college graduation present to myself - 1-owner, matching engine & frame numbers - Original CA title - Still have the original tool kit and Owner's Manual Within the first few months I made the following modifications - Racing exhaust pipe - Yamaha XT lighting kit (although the headlight was smashed long ago) - Rear brake cable (much better than the articulated OEM linkage) - Desert tank (from Yamaha, uses OEM XT petcock) [new today costs $230 (w/out petcock), never used the original again] - All take-off parts were preserved and are includedStopped riding when I moved in 1982 - Always garaged, never exposed to the weather - Started periodically, but never ridden in anger since - Proudly still wearing some 1980's dirtJust performed basic maintenance prior to sale - Light power wash - Changed oil & filter - New air filter element (the original had mostly disintegrated) - Completely cleaned/rebuilt carb (as a precaution) - New fuel line - New headlight - Started right up as if it was 1982 againWill ship to the lower 48 states only - Buyer to pay all expenses - Will work with any carrier/service requested - I've seen ads cite a flat rate of $199 (have not researched)

I purchased this KTM in like new condition from the original owner with less that one tank of gas used. It was too much for the owner to handle. It runs very well, super smooth, strong and fast. I'm in my late 40's now and I'm forced to sell it because of an injury.
