A brilliant motorcycle. Only selling because I can spend a few thousand dollars upgrading the suspension, brakes, wheels, etc, or I can sell this one and buy a modified GSX-R 750 and I only have enough space for one bike at a time in the garage. Owned the bike for several years and covered several thousands of miles, especially after making the 4-into-4 exhaust. I have the original exhaust (minus the stock mufflers). Handles pretty good for a Hornet and plenty of power to lift the front end up and reach 60 mph in a heartbeat. List of modifications:- Power Commander 3 (mini [not micro] USB connection)- 4 into 4 exhaust. Mapped to stock exhaust & air filter with Yoshimura dual slip-on [baffle removed]. Haven't performed a dyno run yet. - Givi windscreen- Bar end mirrors (still have originals)The bike has been nothing but reliable and fun to ride, especially after installing a Pirelli Supercorsa front tire. The exhaust note is intoxicating and everyone who has ridden the bike admits that it sounds like a classic Honda CB750, but with a punchier throttle. I over maintain my bikes and cars, therefore service has been kept up where oil changes were done every 1,000 miles (cheap insurance). Slight scuff marks from general use. Even though this bike is a 2012, I bought it a year ago with 1 original mile on it. I purchased it, and had an absolute BLAST! I used the bike to ride around town and hang out at the local social watering hole. I really do love the bike but my fiance and are starting a family so I need the financial freedom for the future arrangements. The bike is gun metal gray, no scratches, no dents, dings, mishaps, scraps, or any other damage. The bike has 1,591 miles on it as of 10/19/2015, I have taken it out many times on short trips around the metro area and in the mountains and it handles like a dream, lots of low and mid-range power but definitely has enough getty-up to put you right in the front, leading the pack. 1975 Honda GL1000- first year second month of production low serial# with a clear title. The GL1000 has a 1000cc water-cooled boxer style engine, 5 speed transmission with a shaft drive. The brakes and exhaust were corroded badly and are not included, the tail light is broken. I am the second owner, the first owner parked the bike approx 7 years ago. The engine cylinders have some light rust in them when looking in the spark plug openings. Take a look at the photos so you know that you are getting into a project. LOL You are responsible for payment and also for pickup of the bike, I live in Atlanta. I have some spare parts I may throw in to help out. Good luck and hopefully this will find a good home!

The bike is in good condition. Been garage kept its entire life. I downed it once a year ago and had it professionally repaired by the dealer. Have all records from insurance specifying that there was no loss in value due to the my downing it. There was no collision, just first time rider mistake. This is the cause for the scratch on the frame (pictured). I am uncertain of where the scratch on the tailpipe came from. The bike is very good for the new rider, in my opinion. Relatively flat torque curve in the lower rev range keeps it from dumping you off if you accidentally blip the throttle. It has a GPS unit that allows tracking and geofencing. This places a drain on the battery which is why I'm giving away the battery tender to the buyer.
