I bought this but don't even remotely have the time to finish it. It's roughly assembled but not ridable yet. Engine turns and makes compression; transmission shifts, carbs move freely. I've spent some time on this bike, but new babies means new priorities. There are some cool parts that come on the bike- a HD springer (original or vintage re-pop; I can't find numbers on it), Flanders risers, a sweet Lucas square light, spoolie 19' front, etc. You won't be able to buy this and immediately ride it away, but a few nuts and bolts and some time later, and you will. I don't have a good seat for it. There was a terrible king and queen that didn't fit on it; I was gonna go bates-style solo. Please, feel free to call or text with questions or comments or jokes or anti-establishment rants. I'll work with anybody on shipping, in whatever way is most convenient. I have a clean title. My name is Keith- 801-319-7046.

1961 pre-unit Triumph TR6 Tiger, 650cc parallel twin, rare duplex frame, numbers-matching California title, not currently registered last registered 2010; external spring fork with 19" drum brake wheel, 16" rear rim, no rear drum. Engine has polished side covers, rocker boxes and single carb head, no broken fins, cylinder needs a bore/hone to clean it up, stock set of pistons & new rings included. Engine turns over perfectly but I have not disassembled, cams bushings are tight, rods are good, bottom end feels good, magneto looks good, 4 speed trans shifts fine. I have not had the covers off either engine or transmission. Duplex frame has been raked, bolt-on rigid tail section, aftermarket sportster tank, aftermarket triumph hex oil tank, seat and fender not mounted. Includes stock headlight & fork covers, stock wiring harness, bars, throttle tube and clutch lever. This is a project bike, not running, needs work to complete. Comes with what you see in the pics and a box of some bolts & misc engine pieces. Prefer local pickup, but I can box & ship at your expense or work with your transportation company.

WATCH VIDEO ABOVE FOR MORE DETAILS. SERIOUS, SINCERE BUYERS/COLLECTORS ONLY PLEASE. This is a VERY special motorcycle and part of my personal collection. You cannot build this bike for this price. I have far too many vintage British motorcycles at the moment and it is WAY too overwhelming for me to maintain and keep them all. I NEVER had any plans to sell this bike but situations in life have changed and now it is being offered. This bike has so much history around here in this area it is hard to type it all out. HARD to put a price on it as well. Bikes of this nature do NOT surface very often. 1962 TRIUMPH TR6SS PRE UNIT "FLATTRACKER" Bike was owned, raced and maintained by Jim "Birdie" Byers here in southern IN. from 1965 until 2005. I feel it is important and vital for the new owner to know just who owned this bike and what it meant to him. So here is a little history on Jim: Obituary for James A. "Birdie" Byers BOONVILLE — James A. "Birdie" Byers, 60, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005. Birdie was a life member of the American Motorcycle Association and National Rifle Association. He was a professional motorcycle racer on the Flat Track Racing Circuit from 1965 to 1970. His bike was a '62 Triumph Trophy and his number was 73H. As for the bike: Clean and clear title in my name for easy transfer. Bike is titled off of the engine #'s. Can be EASILY plated and street ridden. Brake and taillights are working and I do street ride it. Birdie raced this bike all over. Springfield, IL., Duquoin, IL., Knoxville, TN., Indianapolis, IN. and MANY more places. Both TT, 1/2 mi and vintage short track. All machine work was done by Don's Cycle Shop in Rockport, IN. Frame is an early Triumph "Pre Duplex" frame. Engine is a Hubert "Sonny" Routt 825cc Big bore "Twin". TR6SS lower end with splayed port head (ALL VALVES, GUIDES, SPRINGS FRESH) Slick shift 4 speed transmission Twin Mikuni 34mm's Mity Max system Lucas magneto Conical front wheel from a '70 Tri. New Avon tires (more street friendly). Taillight and brake lights all work excellent as well as the tachometer light (any headlight could be installed if you want to go back to street riding) ! Since I bought it from the family, it has been stored in my collection and started/ridden on special occasions. Bike runs and rides EXCELLENT!!!!! Bike is SUPER FAAAAASSSSSTTT! Pulls like a MULE! Again, a VERY special machine that will be greatly missed but hopefully the new owner will appreciate just how special it is and take it out to show it off. That's about it. Feel free to call me if you have any questions about the bike: (812)631-7790 Bike is sold "As Is" and "Where Is". No warranty expressed or implied obviously BUT if you are in the area you are welcome and encouraged to come and physically inspect the bike anytime you like. PLEASE ask or request addition pics if you need them. I'm happy to do that anytime. Trying to cover every square inch of a large, antique bike can be difficult so bare with me. Nothing to hide here. SHIPPING: I use Keyboard Motorcycle Shippers and Haulbikes.com. I will work with you on this end and assist any way I can. Paying: I prefer cash in hand and a handshake but will take a cashiers' check or bank-to-bank wires and I will work with you from start to finish 100% on shipping the car. However shipping costs are buyers responsibility. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE WELCOME! NO PAYPAL UNLESS YOU PAY THE FEES! I DO NOT LIKE PAYPAL AND I THINK THEIR FEES ARE OUTRAGEOUS! IF YOU WANT TO USE PAYPAL, YOU WILL HAVE TO BE LIABLE FOR THE EXTRA FEES. SORRY...BUT IT'S UNREAL WHAT THEY CHARGE FOR BASICALLY DOING NOTHING.

I acquired it and slowly did the typical rework involved in what had never been properly done. The bike has an inexpensive paint done by myself . Still needs to install a proper tach and speedo. The ones on the bike work perfectly but the speedo reads wrong due to the ratio. The tach works fine on the bench but on the bike the rotation is reversed. It needs Chronometric instruments or would work with a 1964-65 Speedo and Tach. Buyer is responsible for pickup and shipping. Please read my feedback and feel free to ask any questions.

I rode it to Born Free last year and it did very well. The engine is a 650 with low miles. It has been a show bike it's whole life. It has been sitting in a garage since the 70's. The engine case, trans., frame and all brackets, etc. is all old chrome plating from the 60's. The paint is old also. This is a survivor and I will let the new owner decide if it needs a re-paint. The tires are new AVON Speedmaster in front and Pirelli in back, the front and rear rim have been trued and spin well. I have taken this bike on a 300 mile road trip and the only thing that needs attention is the front end. It needs to be rebuilt. It is a bit sloppy. The brakes work fine like any other Triumph, not great but fine. There is an oil leak at the sump like most pre-units. I would recommend a new gasket kit for the top end leaks a bit but nothing serious. It is registered and insured. I started to do the wiring and never finished it. All lights work but need to be wired. The paint has been removed from the front of the frame to expose the VIN number. I didn't do this CHP did to Vin verify the motorcycle so I could register it. Its not a numbers matching set but it is all legit pink and registration in hand. I love this bike a lot but she has to go. This is a one of a kind old survivor show bike that needs a good home. If you have any questions contact me (909)996-1964. This is a pick-up only sale. As is no warranty. This is a 1951 Triumph it is old and has been in a dry storage pretty much it's whole life. This a very nice rebuilt 1957 Triumph 650, bike was restored a few years ago and has 57 miles on it since the restoration, (speedo was rebuilt during resto and set to zero.) bike has sat a few years and i recently aquired it. I had Choppahead in New Bedford Ma go thru it clean the carb clean up the tank and get it running properly. It now starts and runs and can be ridden. (keep in mind it is a 57 year old triumph and requires some love and appreciation but does run well. The frame has been painted as well as all the ins, the seat is brand new. all wiring is new as well. ONe of the better pre units triumphs you will see actually running. Tires are new still with stubbies on them, The bike is very pretty and was built to be a rider. Numbers do not match. Some of the brackets are aftermarket and it has a little more chrome than it left England with. That adds to it and makes it a more of a real bike that you will not be afraid to ride. Price is very realistic, bid to win, i reserve the right to end at any time so dont wait til the last minute.

1957 Triumph 650cc Thunderbird Engine Number: 6T 01558 Frame Number: 6T 01558 Triumphs may have been built in England but the American market was a prime driving force in the brand's development, especially the bump in displacement to 650cc for the company's iconic parallel-twin, introduced in 1938 as a 500. The wide-open U.S. landscape, as well as American riders' penchant for desert racing and drag contests, demanded more power and more speed. Announced in September of 1949, the 650 Thunderbird was Triumph's response. A spectacular launch stunt saw three Thunderbirds lap the banked Montlhéry circuit in France at over 90 mph for 500 miles, after which they each achieved a flying lap of 100 mph-plus and were then ridden back to the Meriden factory in England, underscoring that fact that reliability had not suffered for speed. From then until the introduction of the 750 triple in 1969, the 650 twin would be the hot choice in Triumph's lineup. In modified form it brought glory to the company on dragstrips, dirt-tracks and the Bonneville Salt Flats. On offer here is a great riding example of the model from 1957, export model for the U.S. market, featuring the higher compression pistons. Languishing in one collection after another for the last few years, it was recently re-commissioned with attention to all the usual places – engine, spark, carb, brakes, etc. – including a rebuild of the swing arm. The result is a pleasure to ride. She is easy to start, idles and runs well with good responsive power. Suspension is excellent with brand new Hagon shocks on the back,; brakes are excellent for an old British bike, clutch is smooth and progressive and the bike shifts gears with the precision of a BMW! Cosmetically, the bike is fair. The frame is too good to need restoration, with nice patina. The tank and fenders were treated to a moderately priced paint job, but look good from a few feet away. There’s a little chrome loss on the wheels, but not bad. The seat is new and the previous owner spent a lot of time getting it to sit lower than standard for a far better look. Tires are good, as are cables, etc. It leaks a little oil, but it is British. The bike is fresh from a tune-up from a local marque expert, Glory Motorworks and is ready to ride.

Folks this is one you don't see every day. Garage find 1957 Triumph Tiger T110 Pre Unit custom chopper. Clear Indiana title as 1957 Triumph T110. The bike is obviously a theme bike with "Excalibur" as the subject matter. Swords, battle axes and hatchets galore. There was a extreme amount of hand fabrication done to this bike by the builder and I have to say that the man was precise and thorough. Engine starts right up on 1st kick EVERY time!! No smoke, noise or issues. Sounds amazing! Transmission shifts great with a jockey shift and open primary cover. 16" H-D rear wheel laced to Triumph hub. Sportster front end. No front brakes and rear brake pivot arm broke when it was unloaded out of the truck yesterday. Needs to be re welded. Generator not currently working for charging system. This is a unique motorcycle to say the least. If you have any other questions PLEASE feel free to contact me anytime. Glad to help any way I can. If you are local you can come and inspect in person prior to bidding. I welcome and encourage you to. (812)631-93five 1 WARNING: This is a jockey shift chopper and not for the beginner. Bike is sold "As Is" and "Where Is". I will help out any way I can to assist in shipping but the shipping costs are paid by buyer. Thanks.

If you have any doubts to the honesty or accuracy of this auction, then please check my feedback. I will sell and ship this bike internationally if the buyer arranges and pays for the auction and all shipping costs up front. You are bidding on a non numbers matching 1959 Triumph TR6 in good running condition. I rode this bike quite a bit before tearing it down partially to build into a custom desert racer. The engine has a unit top end and VERY good compression. Competition magneto works great and fires up the bike in one or two kicks. Slick shift transmission shifts great, clutch works great. Has a period correct swing arm frame and the frame numbers match the title. It is a clear NE title. Obviously a guy could go a number of different directions with this bike. I put a 39mm Sportster front end on it to have more modern suspension. I was setting it up as a fun and reliable daily rider. My time and money is now being poured into our ranch here in KS and I would be better served to let this one go at this time. I will mount a decent tire on that rim so it will be a roller when you pick it up. Bottom line, pre unit Triumphs are getting rare. This one isn't a numbers matching trailer queen. It's also not priced like one. If you've always wanted an easy build, and a fun rider that would get lots of attention. Here's your bike. Clear title, no paperwork hassles, mount the seat, pipes and bars of your choice and you are off and running on a super cool vintage Triumph!

2013 Triumph Daytona 675R, 2013 Triumph Daytona 675R In the Daytona 675R, we ve made exceptional the new standard. This is a true track day tool. Focused. Committed. And in the right hands, untouchable. The storming new triple motor delivers even more power all the way through to 14,400 rpm redline. The new frame geometry, mass centralisation and race-derived suspension enables razor sharp handling and confidence-inspiring feedback. Add brembo brakes, a quickshifter, carbon trim and some subtle styling details and you know you re riding a true thoroughbred motorcycle. Be under no illusion. This is a racer for the road. The Daytona 675R is not a compromise. Fully adjustable suspension, including adjustable swingarm pivot, lets you dial in exactly the kind of handling characteristics you want. Brembo brakes combine outstanding feel with extraordinary stopping power. And at the heart of everything, the all-new triple motor, now with titanium valves, larger bore and shorter stroke, is ready to deliver instant, mind-blowing power and that truly awesome induction roar. Features May Include Engine The Daytona s triple engine is completely new. The cylinder block is now solid aluminium with ceramic coated liners, making the whole unit inherently stronger. This allowed us to increase the torque and engine speed, giving you more power. Amazingly, we could achieve all this whilst maintaining an overall narrow and compact package. Power is up from 125ps to 128ps and from 73Nm to 75Nm. By increasing the rev limit to 14,400 rpm, with a larger bore and shorter stroke, the engine is now even more responsive to rider input. Peak power is now at 12,600rpm running up to that new redline, and with more power delivered more smoothly throughout the rev range roll the throttle and you ll be rewarded with instant drive. To give the motor more air to breathe, we increased the size of the air intake and channelled the airflow through the headstock, so we can force even more air in and create more power. The new engine now operates with twin injectors per cylinder, which are both compact and provide more accurate fuelling. Revised mapping has helped boost the torque throughout the rev range. But we ve also made this Daytona engine cleaner and therefore more fuel-efficient. A more powerful triple engine, revving at higher speeds, demanded the highest specification valves. We chose titanium for the new Daytona 675. Not only are they stronger, they re lighter and have been reshaped to provide a smoother gas flow , resulting in performance boosts throughout the rev range. Mass Centralisation The closer to the centre a bike it carries its weight, the better handling the bike will be. By relocating the silencer to under the engine, rapid direction changes are now more fluid and more controlled. Rider input is rewarded with an incredibly controlled response. Quickshifter
