This car was purchased from the estate of a long time JH enthusiast and represented his highest achievement having owned and restored many of these cars. There are a number of important enhancements made to this particular car. Originally red, it was stripped to bare metal and refinished in Grigio Notte (Ferrari Night Grey). A spectacularly beautiful color that nearly flawless in every facet. The seats were redone in soft leather and the top is a canvas Robbins. Every nut and bolt was touched in the reassembly. The suspension, driveshaft, rear end, calipers, sub frames and brackets were all powder coated. Everything is in as new condition. The legendary high revving Lotus 907 all aluminum twin cam 2.0-liter engine produced 140hp in stock North American trim. This one was rebuilt using stock internals and warmed over with the highly desirable Dellorto Carbs and 4 into 1 headers. 1975 RELIANT ROBIN SuperVan Thanks for visiting our listing for an often hilariously tortured piece of British motoring history. You’ve seen Reliants on Top Gear, Mr. Bean and Fools and Horses on the BBC but they are nearly impossible to find in the US. Yes, you may have seen this Reliant Robin at Car Week in Monterey. We had a blast meeting so many nice people. We had this car in the paddock at the Monterey Historic races serving as a shuttle along with our Reliant Regal to the delight of tons of racers and race fans. We attended the Little Car Show in Pacific Grove, a sold out affair in its sixth year, and WON! “Most Smiles per Mile” along with a member award. We’re told this is their version of Best in Show. Wow, what an honor. We also attended the Concours d’LeMons. We had a great time and lots of people got to meet, sit in and get photos with the Reliants. It’s the opposite of a real concours where the truly awful are the winners. Thankfully we were not called to the podium. RarityThis is a very early 1975 model Robin SuperVan. This is not a converted Royal Mail vehicle. It is Right Hand Drive. Clear TitleThis Robin has a clear and clean California title and registration. The current California motorcycle license plate is included. Low MileageLess than 75,000 miles accumulated in the last 40 years. An average of less than 1900 miles per year, this Robin has been babied. High optioned748 cc 4 cylinder engine4 Speed manual transmission operates smoothly. Rear folding seatBluetooth Handsfree audio systemOriginal Owners Manual Top Gear Memorabilia including the Reliant Robin RocketHot Wheels Popa Wheelie die cast modelDisney Car EyesComplete Build Book with receipts, photos and memorabilia. AppreciatingMicro cars are the new collector car to have. They are fun, attention getting crowd pleasers that are always welcome at car shows and always draw a crowd. Dale reviewed this Reliant Robin in detail. Here are his impressions of the car and the market: Today we are checking out a very cool 1975 Reliant Robin SuperVan. This rare car has an enthusiastic worldwide following due in part to all of the attention on the BBC shows like Top Gear and Mr. Bean. Were not sure how many of these panel van models were produced but reportedly very few outside of the Royal Mail fleet. Equipped with the desireable folding rear seat, this van can go from light deliveries to comfortably carrying 4.5 people. Where else can 4 1/2 people, ride a motorcycle, in the rain, without a helmet, at 70 MPH, while getting 70 MPG, and not get wet? Most collector cars are impractical to utilize as daily drivers, however, the Reliant remains in service throughout England and India. Many of these cars have over 200,000 thousand miles on them, as their owners found them reliable, economical, sporty, unique, practical and most of all, fun to drive. This example shows very, very low mileage on the odometer, at just 74600 miles. A complete restoration was begun in 2014 and completed this year. This car features the factory Red paint. The fiberglass body was completely stripped, repaired and resprayed. After a month of curing, the car was color sanded and polished to a high lustre. She rides on factory steel wheels, hub caps and new tyres. The interior is in superb shape. Fresh seating and carpeting and wall covering abound. A bluetooth radio is a nice touch for handsfree phone calls. RIGHT HAND DRIVE! Factory floor shifter. Original gauges in place. Trim is excellent. Fresh tune and oil change by local British shop. This car runs, drives and stops exactly like it is supposed to do. Everything works the way it was intended by the manufacturer. The Build book is complete with many pictures along the way, a photo disc, period adverts, receipts, the owner’s manual and lots of history. If you follow the collector car market, you know micro cars are on the rise. They are easy to own, store, insure and resell. Note: This Robin has not been shot into space or tipped by Top Gear or anyone else. Read the wiki below if you believe Jeremy Clarkson was really able to tip a Robin on Top Gear. Up for sale is an all original 1978 Honda Hawk II CB400T that I purchased and drove as a daily driver in NM, and brought back with me to AZ. I'll list the pro's and cons below:Pro's:Recently went through a tune up, carb cleaning and sync, new gaskets and seals to clear up a small leak. Newer tires. Fires right up every time, either with the electronic starter or kick. Everything on this bike is original, except for the handlebars. Lights, turn signals, horn, all work. When I purchased, I removed the luggage rack, the highway bars, and the small ape hangers that were standard on this bike. They will be included with the sale, but aren't on the bike at this time. I replaced some worn cables, installed new fork seals. new grips. Transmission shifts smoothly, plenty of power in town or on the highway, though this bike performs best in town. Brakes are solid, paint is great for a 37 year old bike. Clean title. Cons:I took this bike on a 500 mile road trip, and some oil(already fixed) dripped down on the muffler. This can be cleaned off, or ridden until it bakes off, but I wanted to list it. Small worn spot on the original seat. Bike could use an overall detail, I bought it to ride, not for show. Have two Triumph's I'm working on so I don't really ride the Honda anymore. Listing this at $2,200.00 or best offer, so someone else can enjoy this vintage bike. You could buy this and keep it original or strip it down and turn it into a cafe' racer. Either way, you'll be getting a vintage bike with plenty of miles left on it. In the background, you'll also see a 1978 MGB convertible, also for sale on Ebay and CG. $2,800.00 OBO, search for it on here.

RarityThis is a very early 1975 model Robin SuperVan. To the best of our knowledge this is not a Royal Mail vehicle. It is Right Hand DrivClear TitleThis Robin has a clear and clean California title and registration. The current California motorcycle license plate is included. Low MileageLess than 75,000 miles accumulated in the last 40 years. An average of less than 1900 miles per year, this Robin has been babied. High optioned748 cc 4 cylinder engine4 Speed manual transmission operates smoothly. Rear folding seatBluetooth Handsfree audio systemOriginal Owners Manual Top Gear Memorabilia including the Reliant Robin RocketHot Wheels Popa Wheelie die cast modelDisney Car EyesBuild Book AppreciatingMicro cars are the new collector car to have. Equipped with the desirable folding rear seat, this van can go from light deliveries to comfortably carrying 5 people. Where else can 5 people, ride a motorcycle, in the rain, without a helmet, at 70 MPH, while getting 70 MPG, and not get wet? Most collector cars are impractical to utilize as daily drivers, however, the Reliant remains in service throughout England and India. Many of these cars have over 200,000 thousand miles on them, as their owners found them reliable, economical, sporty, unique, practical and most of all, fun to drive. This example shows very, very low mileage on the odometer, at just 74515 miles. A complete restoration was begun in 2014 and completed this year. This car features the factory Red paint. The fiberglass body was completely stripped, repaired and resprayed. After a month of curing, the car was color sanded and polished to a high lustre. She rides on factory steel wheels, hub caps and new tires. Intro: For your consideration is this nice condition and complete 1974 Jensen Healey that has traveled 63,000 miles. It runs and drives very nicely and is ready to be enjoyed as it is. This is a great example for someone wanting an example to drive quite a bit. It still retains its proper, strong running Lotus 907 engine mated to the original manual transmission. The finish is believed to be the original color and is presentable as is the interior. These vehicles are an excellent value right now compared to other British classics. The all-aluminum, dual overhead cam, 145 horsepower, exotic Lotus engine is a delight, quite bulletproof, and has more horsepower than many of its competitors. Please view the 7 minute video, 190 pictures, and the rest of the description to get a clear idea of the condition of this Jensen Healey. Video: A 7 minute long high definition video is provided to better show the condition of this ’74 Jensen Healey. The video footage was taken in April of 2015. To view the video please click play below or copy and paste the link. Get your own valid XHTML YouTube embed code https://youtu.be/mEqlkUc0aUEThere are a few different sections to the clip: 1.) The first exterior-walk around shows the straightness of the body, quality of reflections in the finish, and the condition of the finish. 2.) The interior clips shows the very nice condition of the interior as well as how easily and nicely the doors open and close. 3.) The driving clips show that this Jensen Healey runs and drives very nicely. Absolutely no grinding at all with the trans. The engine runs great. The exhaust sounds good. Also note the reflections in the finish. Images: 190 high resolution images of this ’74 Healey are hosted via PhotoBucket. The photos were taken in April of 2105. All of the pictures can be seen by either clicking the slide show below, clicking any of the sample images below, or copying and pasting the web address: http://s1074.photobucket.com/user/OldSkoolFool83/library/Blue%20Jensen%20Healey Images include exterior condition, close ups, interior, engine bay, underbody, and etc. Please look through all of the images. To view an even higher resolution version of an image on Photo Bucket, click “Download” under “Media Options” on the right hand side of the screen. Exterior: The finish on this Jensen Healey overall is presentable. It received a repaint at some point of its existence in what must be the original blue color. The color is very attractive and fits the personality of the car. The re-finishing must have been professionally done as it is quite smooth, has good reflection, is the same shade on all of the panels, and lack amateur type issues like runs and overspray. For whatever reason, the passenger side’s finish looks absolutely beautiful with limited wear and the driver side shows some more nicks and wear, which might have been due to how the car was parked or stored. Other aging includes a couple contained/limited spots of “crazing” which are very shallow-not-through-the paint stretching and contracting marks. There are just a couple of these areas, the most significant ones are pictured, and they are about the diameter of a softball. Pictured is a spot on the hood and one on the trunk. This IS NOT occurring over the whole car, again there are just a couple limited spots. The finish would be considered more of a driver quality but is definitely presentable enough to take this vehicle to British car shows and club events, and presentable enough to still admire this vehicle. This shade of blue looks very nice and the panels still do have a nice reflection too them. Note the photos with the book next to the car showing the reflections and also the video clips show the reflection well. The body on this Jensen Healey is quite straight. The gaps are where they should be and when kneeling down and looking down the sides of the car, it is very straight, not wavy. There is no evidence I can find of accidents. The body is presentable and should stay this way for quite some time. The most important chassis areas are solid, like suspension mounting points. There are a few areas that exhibit rust repair. While the passenger floor looks to be original and overall pretty solid, parts of the driver side floor pan have been replaced. Other rust repair work looks to include the driver rocker and I cannot tell if the passenger rocker has been repaired as well. I am not quite sure why there are like screw holes in the bottom lip of the rocker. At the front corner of the driver door jamb and back corner there are some minor cracks in the finish. Luckily though, the rockers, door jambs, and other areas, do not have big rust blisters, bubbles, or holes. Right now, it just looks like some prior body work is starting to show some aging. It looks like it will at least stay this good for quite some time to come and it does not distract from the presentation of the car. The doors open and close nicely and easily. The trunk floor is great. The engine bay is overall nice, very complete, and in original spec. The bumpers, trim, lenses, badges, and etc. are present and are presentable. The convertible top is very nice without rips or cuts and the plastic window is very clear and in great shape as well. This is a very complete vehicle and as it sits it is presentable. Again, this would make a great driver for someone. Interior: The interior on this Jensen Healey is in nice condition and in original spec. The interior presents how it should for a vehicle that has been well taken care of and traveled only 63,000 miles. There would be nothing that would be considered excessive or distracting wear, just typical use is shown. There are some minor scuffs on the bottom of the driver door panel and a tiny bit of rubbing wear on the driver seat bolster but again, not bad at all. The most significant spot of wear is one typical, but yet small, hairline crack in the dash about an inch long and is pictured. The dash though for the age is great and does not exhibit significant shrinkage like I have seen on others. The passenger side door panel has a couple minor splits towards the top of it. The carpet is good throughout but the floor mats could use a minor cleaning. The seats are comfortable and are in great condition front and back. The gauges look fine. The steering wheel is good. The center console is very nice. The top cover is in nice shape. An aftermarket tape deck is installed but the original is included with the car. This is an interior that could be enjoyed as it currently is and aids in the presentation of this vehicle. Mechanical: The most important mechanical aspects of this Jensen Healey are in very good condition, allowing this vehicle to be driven and enjoyed. This Jensen starts up nicely. The Lotus engine runs nice and smooth and idles on its own without throttle modulation. It does not blow smoke out the back. It keeps a proper temperature. It does not spit, back fire, feel low on power, or any other goofiness. It sounds very healthy and goes through the RPM range as it should. These engines are great and like to be revved. It is a typical British car with typical minor amounts of fluids working their way out but nothing significant or needing to be addressed. The exhaust is overall quiet and in nice condition. The clutch feels great and operates without issue. The transmission shifts very nicely and is the 4 speed unit. Absolutely no grinding, no popping out of gear, no funny business. The differential does not exhibit any issues. The brakes operate as they should. The suspension seems fine. The rack and pinion steering feels good. The tires are older but are matching and have much tread left. The passenger rear has a slow leak, which is really the main thing mechanically to address, which in the grand scheme of classic automobiles, is pretty insignificant! The gauges work, headlights, brake lights, turn signals, and etc. also work. Again, this vehicle would make a great driver and should only need regular maintenance for years to come! Conclusion: The Lotus 907 engine is a treat. Other British classics of the same era like the TR6 (100 horsepower) and the MGB (85 horsepower) currently cost thousands more in similar condition, are much more numerous, AND offer a less sporting drive compared to the 145 horsepower Lotus engined Jensen. The 900 series Lotus engine is actually quite reliable and solid. The Lotus 900 engine was around from 1972 to the mid 1990’s ending with the 4 cylinder Esprit Turbo. Parts are still available for these cars and engines (ex: http://www.jhps.com/), including performance upgrades even. Austin Healey/Jensen Healey Club and online forum support is out there for these cars as well. This Jensen Healey is a very complete and well sorted vehicle for the owner that is looking for a presentable classic drive around. This example should only need regular maintenance for the foreseeable future. Enjoy this Jensen Healey as it is. Due to this being a very complete and overall presentable example, we have tried to set asking price fairly at $7,600. Serious buyers are welcome to contact me with any questions or set up a viewing. Preferred calls are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM central time. This vehicle has a clean title. 262-391-1069 This vehicle is located in Chicago, IL 60613. Motor-Vated.com (MotorVated LLC) is assisting the owner in the listing of this vehicle and owns the copyright of this description, images, and video. The owner is a collector that is downsizing his collection. He is also selling a 1968 Land Rover and a 1983 Fiat Spider, both of which I have pictures and video of. This is a serious auction so please treat it as such. This is a true Ebay ad. The car will be sold through Ebay, and only Ebay, with proper procedures and reduced risk for both buyer and seller. If you put in an offer, I may ask to speak with you via phone to confirm it is a serious offer. Putting in an offer or accepting an offer is committing to a contract to purchase this vehicle and the following terms. Buyers with "0" feedback will not be allowed to bid prior to speaking with me via phone. I have attempted to describe this vehicle very fairly but it is the buyer’s responsibility to determine their opinion of the vehicle’s condition prior to submitting an offer. It is recommended possible buyers inspect the vehicle in person prior to bidding but extensive details and pictures have been provided as I understand in person inspection is not always possible. If a professional pre-purchase inspection is wanted, it must be completed prior to committing to buying through putting in an offer. Intro: For your consideration is this very nice condition 1973 Jensen Healey that has traveled 39,000 miles. It is originally solid with no rust repair evident, has a very nice dark green finish, was cosmetically refurbished within the last couple of years, and still retains the proper, strong running Lotus 907 engine mated to the 5 manual speed transmission. This is a VERY presentable machine and is one of the nicer examples out there. These vehicles are an excellent value right now compared to other British classics. The all-aluminum, dual overhead cam, 145 horsepower, exotic Lotus engine is a delight, quite bulletproof, and has more horsepower than many of its competitors. Please view the 8 minute video, 170 pictures, and the rest of the description to see just how nice of a vehicle this Jensen Healey is. Video: An 8 minute long high definition video is provided to better show the condition of this ’73 Jensen Healey. The video footage was taken in April of 2015. To view the video please click play below or copy and paste the link. https://youtu.be/LNa3zpex4C0 There are a few different sections to the clip: 1.) The first exterior-walk around shows the straightness of the body, quality of reflections in the finish, and condition of the interior. 2.) Engine start up and engine bay shows that this vehicle starts up very nicely, idles smooth, and sounds healthy. 3.) The driving clips show that this Jensen Healey runs and drives very well. It shifts absolutely great and sounds aggressive. 4.) The second exterior-walk around has different lighting and also shows excellent reflections in the paint and the straightness of the body. Get your own valid XHTML YouTube embed code Images: 170 high resolution images of this ’73 Healey are hosted via PhotoBucket. The photos were taken in April of 2105. All of the pictures can be seen by either clicking the slide show below, clicking any of the sample images below, or copying and pasting the web address: http://s1074.photobucket.com/user/OldSkoolFool83/library/Green%20Jensen%20Healey Images include exterior condition, close ups, interior, engine bay, underbody, and etc. Please look through all of the images. To view an even higher resolution version of an image on Photo Bucket, click “Download” under “Media Options” on the right hand side of the screen. Exterior: The finish on this Jensen Healey is extremely presentable. The car looks very attractive due to the glossiness and quality of the dark green paint. It was stripped to bare steel and repainted within the last three of four years. It was repainted because it still had its original paint that was aged. The quality of the finish is definitely higher than average compared to other Jensen Healeys and other sub-$10,00 British classics. The finish is quite smooth. It is not Concours due to some difficult to notice small details here and there. The finish is absent of significant defects and wear like cracking, peeling, orange peel texture, runs, significant overspray, and etc. The vehicle has been driven less than 500 miles since being re-finished so stone chips and use type wear is absent. The most significant paint wear is on the passenger rear wheel well lip where from moving the car out of the garage part of that area got scraped. Luckily the area is not dented, it is just paint chipped off. It does not stand out or distract from the car. Some color matched touch up would help it even further. The shade of green matches on all of the body panels and the engine bay. It is a base-clear finish. The quality of reflections emitted from the finish is excellent. Watch in the video how glossy it is. Again, the finish is extremely presentable and aids in the enjoyment of this classic sports car. The dark green of course suits it very well! The body on this Jensen Healey is IMPRESSIVE! Please view the images looking down the side for how straight it is and the images of the underbody showing how impressively solid it is. It was obviously taken care of and kept out of bad driving weather. The sheet metal is original to this car, including the floors which have not been repaired at all. The tops and the bottoms of the floors are pictured. Please note the top of the passenger floor is solid. The oxidation residue that is pictured was from some water getting on there and could be just wiped up. The rockers are rock solid and straight. The sub-frame is incredibly dry and impressive with its original textured protective coating still present. The bottoms of the doors, door jambs, lips of the hood, trunk lips, trunk jamb, truck floor, etc. are all extremely nice. There is also no evidence of accidents or accident repair. The body gaps are very good and where they should be for this type of car. The doors open and close very nicely and are not saggy. When kneeling down and looking down the side of the body, it looks excellent, very straight, absent of dings, and very glossy. The rear bumper is not present but the brackets are. It looks much better without the bumper and would look great with something like black rubber bumperettes where the bracket holes are. The front bumper could be sanded and re-sprayed to match the quality of the rest of the car. The trim piece that sits on top of the front bumper is included. The soft top frame is included without a top on it. The cover that goes over the convertible top when it is down is included. The tail lights, other lenses, trim, glass, and wheels also are all presentable and in nice condition. The engine bay is very clean. The engine bay was painted as the same time as the rest of the car so it matches very well in terms of quality, tint, and glossiness. The engine and other components themselves look appropriate for the mileage and age. An aftermarket hard top is included with the car. As listed, there are a couple minor exterior finishing items but as the car sits, it is extremely presentable as it is and can be enjoyed and driven as it is. This is an example that will look this good for quite some time due to the recent paint and how solid the body is. Interior:The interior on this Jensen Healey is also extremely presentable and in impressive condition. Much of it has been refurbished but is of the design of how it was originally. The very front of the dash where it is under the windshield has some very typical shrinkage that can be noticed when standing outside of the car looking down on it. That is probably the most notable wear item. The dash though does look very nice and is absent of typical cracks and splits. The glovebox is great too. Door panels are excellent as well as the trim and handles on them. The seat covers and foam are new and are excellent! The carpet is a new kit and is excellent. The steering wheel is good showing typical but minimal wear. Since the fuel tank was replaced with a stainless steel unit, a new fuel gauge was installed but matches well with the other gauges. The center console looks great as well. The roll bar gives the Jensen a very purposeful and sporty type look. The interior does not really need any attention. The interior aids in the driving enjoyment of this Jensen Healey. Mechanical:The most important mechanical aspects of this Jensen Healey are in very good condition, allowing this vehicle to be driven and enjoyed. The most significant mechanical aspect that should receive attention is proper mounting of the rear section of the exhaust. Currently it is held in position with thick wire. This Jensen starts up extremely nicely and quite easily. The Lotus engine runs nice and smooth and idles on its own without throttle modulation. It keeps a proper temperature. It does not smoke, spit, or any other goofiness. It sounds very healthy and goes through the RPM range as it should. Note there is a minor amount of coolant collecting on the bottom of a radiator hose in one of the pictures, which needed a hose clamp slightly tightened. It is a typical British car with typical minor amounts of fluids working their way out but nothing significant or needing to be addressed. The exhaust is an upgraded Monza system that sounds aggressive. As stated, it could use proper mounting. The clutch feels great and operates without issue. The transmission is the nicer 5 speed unit and shifts excellently without grinding. The differential does not exhibit any issues. The brakes operate as they should. The suspension is quite compliant. The rack and pinion steering is good. The tires are older but are matching and have much tread left. The gauges work, headlights, brake lights, turn signals, and etc. also work. Conclusion:Many Jensen Healeys had some rough existences. This is one was very well taken care of. The body is incredibly solid. The finish is very presentable with the dark green being very fitting for a classic British sports car. The Lotus 907 engine is a treat. Other British classics of the same era like the TR6 (100 horsepower) and the MGB (85 horsepower) currently cost thousands more in similar conditoin, are much more numerous, AND offer a less sporting drive compared to the 145 horsepower Lotus engined Jensen. The 900 series Lotus engine is actually quite reliable and solid. This example should only need basic maintenance in the future. The Lotus 900 engine was around from 1972 to the mid 1990’s ending with the 4 cylinder Esprit Turbo. Parts are still available for these cars and engines (ex: http://www.jhps.com/), including performance upgrades even. Austin Healey/Jense Healey Club and online forum support is out there for these cars as well. This Jensen Healey is a great vehicle for the owner that is looking exclusively for an extremely nice example to drive around. The Jensen Healey also is a great option for the classic car enthusiast that is looking for something unique, solid, in very nice condition, and something that offers a lot of bang-for-the-buck.Get in and drive this Jensen Healey as it is while also adding a couple finishing touches. Due to the very nice condition of this Jensen Healey, but with consideration a few minor finishing touches could be performed, the asking price is set at $8,300. Serious buyers are welcome to contact me with any questions or set up a viewing. Preferred calls are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM central time. (http://people.zeelandnet.nl/serel/7c226.htm) “This is what Marshall Moore said about this car in a letter, dated September 5, 2003, to me. 'The car is serial number 7/C/226, and it was produced by TVR Engineering LTD. of Blackpool, England in 1960, the exact production date not listed in their factory production records. The records indicate the car was originally built in right hand drive configuration, painted light blue, and fitted with a Coventry Climax 1261 cc 4-cylinder engine, engine number FEW 400-31-9243. According to the factor records, 7/C/226 was the 25th Grantura Mk. II to be built and it was first registered in England on April 2, 1961. Records from the TVR Car Club of England further indicate the car has a lightweight bodyshell, reportedly built by one Richard Goodwin for "B.B.", thought to be a previous owner of the car. The car was raced competitively in its early life, probably for about a year, during which time the original Coventry Climax engine blew up and was replaced by an MGB engine by "B.B.". The car then reportedly sat idle for about 15 years. The next owner of record was Mr. Lee Barton Kimball of Los Gatos, California who registered the car on August 18, 1978. The next owner of record was Daniel H. Wing of Millbrae, California who registered the car on July 29, 1986. At some point the car was fitted with an OSCA 4-cylinder engine, the steering was changed to left hand drive, and it it was painted red, which is its current state. (from Marlan Carlson, not Marshall Moore) While the car was built by TVR Engineering Ltd as a 1960 model, it has been titled for some years as a 1961, probably because that was the year in which it was first registered by the DVLA in England. Marlan Carlson acquired the car September 2, 2003 A few notes on the OSCA engine from "Classic Motorsports." In 1958, Fiat retained the OSCA company, owned by the Maserati brothers, to design a high-performance engine for the Pininfarina-designed Spider. Contrary to popular opinion, the engine was built by Fiat, as a hand-fitted, bench-made engine for its sports car, the Fiat 1500 from 1962 to 1964. To distinguish it from the later Fiat-engined 1500 introduced in 1964, enthusiasts refer to this car as the Fiat 1500 OSCA. This is a very rare car, and it is not possible to determine how many were built. Estimates run from 80 to 500, though in order to meet homologation requirements, Fiat would have had to produce 500 engines. The engine itself is fitted with an alloy twin-cam head with chain-driven cams and a mechanical tensioner. A Weber carburetor, of a larger size than the one used on the 1200 engine, was installed, and the exhaust manifold was replaced with a tubular header. This engine produced 90 horsepower at 5800 rpm and a top speed of 105 mph. This particular car has front disc brakes."

2008 Custom Chopper , I am selling my custom built Softtail Springer. It is a full custom build, from frame to fenders to dash. I have full receipts and list of parts used. NJ title in hand as a 2008 build. This was designed with the style of something your grandfather would have built in his garage over years of collecting parts....it is not a show bike and will never win awards for chrome and shiny paint. Think 1950s rat rods, t-buckets and hot rods. I will entertain partial/full trade deals for bikes, cars especially for a light sporty car (s2000, BRZ, MGB, Arial, etc), trikes, etc. built/assembled by Roland Classic Customs in Thibedaux, LA in 2008 modified DNA Specialty 250 frame ultima 113ci 'el bruto' motor 6-speed Mikuni HSR-45 carb dry clutch belt primary drive 1947 springer replica front end 1947 original police seat, unrestored 1972 round rear swing arm custom round oil tank custom fenders custom tank beach bars hand made dash 12v system chain drive custom rear fender luggage rack twin rear shocks front disc conversion, rear drum Kustom Tech hand forged raw brass/aluminum clutch controls Kustom Tech hand forged raw brass/aluminum brake control/reservoir Hand made exhaust $12,900.00 4783206349
