1982 Husqvarna 430 CR, Beautifully preserved UNRESTORED very low time 430CR. Original paint on frame and tank! Original foot pegs straight, sharp and not sagged. Only three AHRMA races on this bike a few years ago! It won all three...Been in clean, dry storage since due to back surgery. Prior to this it was a very low-time, clean trail bike that had never been raced or abused. I bought this bike to vintage race because of how clean, tight and original it was. Comes with clean original full set of plastic and bars, perfect original pipe and silencer, original wheels and sprockets and original shocks. All of the original parts are in excellent condition. Installed are BRAND SPANKING NEW WHEEL ASSEMBLIES. This is a very nice, low hours orginal condtion 1982 Husqvarna 430cr. It has a new Michelin front and Bridgestone rear tires. No dents or scratches to the tank and no pitting on the forks. It has new fork oil and seals and new swing arm bushings. It has good spark and compression. I put gas in the float bowl and it started and ran till the gas was gone. I have not put gas in the tank to try and ride it.This bike was in my brothers collection for many years but he never did ride it.He has passed away and Im selling it to settle his estate. I have for sale what I believe is a 1982 Husqvara WR430 vintage bike The speedometer says 1983 miles but I have no way of knowing whether or not that is accurate. I bought this bike 4 or 5 years ago with plans to keep and restore to original. My situation has changed and I am going to let this bike go on to someone else. What you see is what you get. All I know is what the previous owner told me. He said it ran when he parked it which was about 8 years ago. He never raced it only trail ridden during his ownership. He said he threw the original gas tank away a long time ago because it did not hold enough gas for his trail riding so it has this plastic larger tank on it. Like me he got too old to ride anymore. It cranks and did have spark before I put it into storage. I have not tested it since. The carburetor is gummed up the throttle no longer moves. The bike rolls even though the chain is stiff. The wheels move good the spokes are all there. The tires seem to still hold air. It looks like almost everything is still on this bike that it came with. I don't know if you could clean the carburetor and get it running or not so I am selling this as a bike that needs restored or rebuilt and it is sold as is. I have never seen it run. When this bike is restored it is one of the best looking models and is getting harder and harder to find one like it. I have a title for this bike. It is in the original owners name. Signed, dated, and notorized on the back (1986). There is no name in the buyers area so you can fill in your name there. That 1986 date could cause some issues in some states. I bought this about 15 years ago, locally, with the intention of making an almost modern enduro bike. It's a 1987 Husqvarna 430XC, unknown milage,NO TITLE (not required in Arizona at that time). I replaced the conventional forks with White Power forks from an 1987 Husky 250CR. The WP's will need new seals and oil. At that time I added the rear fender with tail light and front head light, neither is wired and I don't have any idea if the XC had a lighting coil, they were added for appearance only. When I bought the bike I started it and rode up and down the street, but lost interest as I got into modern era dirt bikes. It should run, the gas was drained at the time and I remember it being a strong runner. Rental bars and correct Magura controls. I replaced the seat cover at that time and the seat foam is excellent. No guarantees or warranty. Again, no title, I will give the buyer a notorized bill of sale. Shipping is buyers responsibility but I will assist in any way I can.
