1986 Cagiva Wmx 500 , Bike needs kick starter radiator shrouds and magneto cover but it does run and motor is very strong these bikes are very very hard to find i would say the over all condition of bike is fair to good $2,200.00

for sale is a very rare 1989 husqvarna wmx125 dirtbike, this bike is when husky purchased cagiva and used the husky name and some parts but used the wmx125 cagiva engine and other parts on there frame, the triple tree is both stamped cagiva and husky, the bike ran strong and was wicked fast when last rode, been inside stored in garage for over a year, 2-stroke engine, bike is being sold as a project bike due to being not rode or started for over a year, will need fresh gas, carb cleaned etc, also bike will need a kick starter shim, which i always push started it, bike is missing both side panels but still is a nice and rare project for any husky or cagiva collectors i will not ship this bike, bike must be picked up in portland, indiana within 7 days from end of auction, unless both buyer and seller makes other arrangments.. i will not ship this, if you want to have it shipped then you arrange all shipping and pickup, buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fee's, i can help load on truck or trailer, but im not crating this bike

This Cagiva was a project I lost interest in.I have had the bike for about five years and during that time I had only ridden it a few times and never took the time to tune it to its full potential I have not even started the bike for about four years now but it ran when I parked it.The bike has some strong points and week points.the strong points are very strong compression,suspension rebuilt front and rear,updated forks off the "89" model w/adjustable compression knobs on top of forks,the exhaust pipe is free of dents and has a custom aluminum pipe guard,there is an extented clutch arm that makes for easier clutch pull,the shock linkage is tight,I have the pink slip and it comes with the two extra rolling chaises and some extra parts.The down side is that it's missing the side plates,air scoops,and the silencer was modified to except a sparker arrester slip fit over the end type so the lips on the tip and end of the body were groud down It may still be salvageable but it would need the clamp that holds it togeather and a little improvising (high temp silicon maybe)and three small holes that held the sparker arrester in place. The other two rolling chaises are in good shape the linkage is tight and the forks have know major scratches.some of the parts are better then what is on the running bike now.The extra parts included a couple carbs w/extra slides and atomizers, shocks,stock forks,extra swing arms,two new sprockets (not showen),a couple extra Pistons and a few other odds and ends.I still may have a few more things that I may add along the way nuts, bolts and other things that I may have missed.I will creat the extra parts and help if I can with the logistics side of the prepairing what ever I can.Please contact me with any qustions and thanks for checking out the listing..!
