just plucked her from a barn, hasn't seen the light of day in 42 years!!!!! Bike history: I purchased from original owner who purchased it new. The story he told me!!! Riding a trail bike fell on him and burned his leg, wife made him sell to his pal. Couple weeks later he bought it back from his friend, so wife had someone pull the master link on chain and put in barn. It hasn't been touched since!!! I was going to shine it up before listing but decided not to. The only thing I cleaned at all is the speedo,tack and wiped front fender a little. The bike was pretty much mint wen parked, couple of minor dents in tank and broken clutch lever. All stock never any work done to it at all. The clear blue plastic from the dealer is still on the back side of the mirrors. Not sure why the tape on seat, theirs no hole their. Kicks over with plenty of compression, clean the carb and this girl will fire up!!! Prob worth more to break it down and sell parts, but if anyone wants a survivor untouched or restoration project this is the one. 2056 miles

I am very careful about my descriptions having gone on many wild goose chases to see bikes and cars that turned out to be in far less condition than advertised. I am sure many of you have been in the same boat so I will do my utmost to describe this so that there are NO disappointments or surprises. Fresh out of a heated garage and all original, 1972 Honda SL350K2 with all original parts. This has not been on the road since 1982 but the owner loved it and kept it up with fresh gas and started it on regular basis. It has been extremely well preserved and we only had to give it a mild cleaning to get to this point. Case in point being that he has sprayed some grease on the chrome wheels and spokes and when cleaning it off, the grease came right off easily with no rust and that includes the spokes. I showed a close-up of the spokes showing one I just wiped off and the others with coating still on them. This is 100% complete as came from the factory including the battery cover, the rare small reflector just above the tail light and the tool kit with all tools and the correct embossed kit case and even the cover to the tool box. Also have the original mirrors in perfect condition and the original owners manual plus it has a clear New Hampshire title. It was sold new in 1973 but year of manufacture is 1971 and the title reflects that and also notes that it was an overproduction mfg 1971 on the title. As a 1973 it had a few differences besides the color scheme seen on it, it also came with a 21" front wheel instead of the 19" that would have been on the 1971. Condition, unbelievable. All chrome is striking (no rust or discoloration) except on the tail light which is just very good and cam cover on left side which is poor. Gauges are beautiful and clear with just a small bit of chipping in black paint on housings near edge. Tank and side covers are original paint with some chips and light wear and inside of tank is very clean. The alloy fenders are outstanding with no dings or dents. Seat is perfect even underneath with no rusting. Some wear to back edge of tank from rubbing against seat. New battery and plugs. Starts easily and runs great with no smoke on startup or after being warmed up. All lights work and runs great. No clutch problems. Missing the correct mufflers as he put on spark arrestors instead and not very loud. Matching numbers with frame number SL3503011337 and engine number SL350E-3011337. This bike is striking and only paint problem is on the frame loop at back where they had used bungie cord hooks. You can see from my close-ups that I have not cleaned or detailed much and just needs mostly soap and water. Clear title and has over 150psi on each cylinder which is awesome for a bike that's been sitting. It will need usual carb cleaning, new battery, and new points to run. Inside of tank is nice. No dents in tank side covers are both cracked up. No stock exhaust with this one. Chrome on forks, shocks, gauges look good and should clean up nicely. Straight handle bars and both perches are broke. The seat has one little tear and is stock. Throttle still turns nice. Nice bike that if it does not sell for listed amount I will part out and you can buy piece by piece.. I just like to offer it to a good home as a whole unit with title first. It will run again... I think a very good start for project bike that has a lot of potential. The guy I got it from said he just got too old to ride anymore and did not report any issues. p.s. Gorgeous Bike. I bought it but need to pass it along because my dream bike is now available. Nice Honda SL350 build date 11/70 Within the last 50 miles/2 years, this bike has been largely restored by the gentleman I bought this and another bike from. I do NOT have a long time history with this bike. When I bought the bike a few weeks ago the bike started easily and ran, shifted, stopped etc. When I got it home, it did the same, starting on the 2nd kick.... I assume it will do the same for you... but please remember this is a 44 year old bike. Blows NO SMOKE!!, does backfire on occasion. Clutch is smooth and shifting is too. Handlebars and fork ears nice and straight Took pictures in Garage and outside to give a clearer image of vibrant color, etc This is a restoration that resulted in a real nice bike. It is NOT a world class restoration, That said..... It will save you untold hours and dollars in work..... The paint is correct candy ruby red with clear coat. It is nice paint, not perfect... but nice. Inside tank real nice. Gages correct and work I have a clean, no lien Michigan title from 1973, it was signed by it's owner, probably decades ago. Notorizing is almost a "lost art" in Michigan and there is no notary signature. This is the title you will receive. The "new owner" area is completely blank, ready for your name. If this is an issue for you for some unknown reason, please don't bid. Of course I will provide a bill of sale, or you can just use a printed copy of the e bay listing. The are NO erasures or "scratch outs" or other alterations to the title and the title matches the frame neck Pipes quite nice. I am pointing to a repair that's needed in one picture. I could have fixed in a few minutes with JBweld and some spray paint.. but the pipes on these bikes are a big deal.. so that's not fair. Bike sounds good so correct baffle must be in there. no tool kit or tool kit cover. There is factory appearing foam on the air cleaners on each side.. so all ok there side covers uncracked with all pegs in place new petcock does need a gasket leaks some oil good battery 6170 miles Chrome is very nice, not perfect.. but real darn nice espessilly the shocks. seat must be a recover as it very nice and firm Basically no nicks in frame paint. Saw pictures of the bike down to the frame and repainted. Tires older, may be original, as they appear correct but with some wear... certainly good enough to ride around the campground or go get ice cream on a summer evening. All in all a nice bike that you can show your buddies the first day you get it home, stare at it... and remember when...... Happy to work with you shipper all I can, local pick up OK. Twins and singles are the engine configurations I work on. With this custom lowered seat, almost anyone can safely touch the ground with their feet flat on the ground! This custom cafe racer is the continuation of someone else's project. The starter motor was pulled and plugged, the forks were rebuilt and reconfigured, new rear shocks were installed, the front fender/ultra strong fork brace was modified, the swing arm was paint stripped and clear coated, tubes and tires were mounted, clip-ons were installed, engine cases were polished, 2 into 1 header system was created from stock CB350 headers, front drum, front brake plate, front sprocket cover, and rear brake plate had been drilled for cooling, stainless steel Allen head screw conversion installed, new headlight ears mounted, tapered steering stem bearing upgrade installed, and a few other items before I laid hands on it. I added the rear set configuration for both shifting and rear brake, wired the electrical system with modern solid state rectifier, added the cafe seat, added the invisible battery, installed the integrated turn signals with the mirrors and tail light, installed the new halogen headlamp, throttle cable, front brake cable, custom length clutch cable, POR-15 lined fuel tank, VHT epoxy painted tank in matte finish, balanced the wheels, rebuilt the carburetors, tuned up the engine, replaced the drive chain, added the polished aluminum velocity stacks, rebuilt and polished the horn, new kicker rubber, new brake and shifter arms with rear sets, new rear tank rubber mount, Notice the trending void behind the engine by having removed the battery, battery box, side covers, air filters, etc... All color has been removed from the bike leaving only black and metal. Turn signals LEDs are amber, brake and tail lights are red, but only when activated through the smoke lenses. The CL350 Honda was first created in 1968 and every Scrambler came with the traditional Darth Vader tank through the last one produced in 1973. Star Wars was not released until 1977. You take a look at the tail of the CL350 tank and do the math. Darth Bike is a radical ride without the benefit of electric start. I hope to have a lady CB200 rider start the bike in the video to be produced when completed and ready for the photoshoot as well. Will be edited in after her visit. This is my third custom creation since Bike Week Daytona. I have more bikes and have two more custom projects lined up. Contact me to have one built custom for you.
