This bike is a full-dress touring model of the 6 cylinder, 1500 cc Honda Valkyrie. The engine is a higher-horsepower version of the legendary Gold Wing GL1500, with a beautiful chrome presentation instead of being hidden under plastic. I have owned the bike since it was 6 months old with 2,400 miles on it. Many trips to many places and always reliable, including a trouble-free ride to the top of Mt. Washington in NH in early August 2015! As you can see from the pictures it looks great for its age and (currently) 99,300 miles; the bike still draws compliments most every time I ride it. All electronics including CB, AM/FM and intercom work. It is fine mechanically with the exception that it needs a new right front fork seal and the front brake pads replaced due to fork oil getting on them. July 2015 Motorcycle Consumer News lists the 2001 model of this bike (oldest year they reported) at a value of $6455 without the $2500 worth of extras I have added, including the CB, Hondaline and Kuryakyn chrome items and wind deflectors, etc. If you are familiar with the GL1500 line you know how reliable the drivetrain is; with proper care this bike should take its next owner many miles. Invest in the fork seal repair and you’ll have a bike that does most everything my new $28K Gold Wing does at a small fraction of the price and (IMHO) looks even better!

this bike is in mint condition, never once has it been dropped nor is there a scratch on it. the leather bags came with it when i purchased the bike, they could use a little oil but thats an easy fix. the bike has brand new tires, a brand new battery, all new turning signal bulbs as well as a new head light bulb. I take very good care of this bike so it is in prime condition, my father owned it before me and but never road it so i am the first to use it. it also only has 17,300 miles on it. it comes with a front windshield that is kept in storage, also perfect condition. this bike is a dime, the only reason i'm selling it is because it's a little too large for me ( i'm 5'11-160lbs) also it's all chrome.. the paint job is a dark purple/red and looks absolutely beautiful in the light.
