This 2001 Honda Valkyrie has 43k miles. Always garaged. Showroom condition. Not going to find one in better shape. I call it the Chrome Dragon. I have tricked this out to my liking. Both front and rear aluminum rims have been polished to a chrome finish. Definitely a head-turner. This machine has stock pipes. Has the high performance timing belt pulley. Flat-6 Goldwing Motor 1520cc. Chrome Kuryaken grips and throttle boss, New tinted windshield, Chrome tank trim, chrome, floorboards and heel shifter, Chrome drive shaft and rear brake cover, Chrome rear fender trim, chrome ignition side covers, high performance halogen and fog light in addition to LED headlight will light up the whole freeway, new shoes/tires which are Avon Cobra brand, Also has 118db air horns installed under carriage. The best you can buy. I just had it serviced including full carburetor rebuild and synchronization and rebuilt front fork seals. This thing rocks.. Chrome front caliper covers. Driver and passenger backrest. Just installed new battery before Christmas. This machine purrs like a kitten and gets moving pretty fast. Experienced riders recommended. Had it to Sturgis twice. The time has finally come to sell my Italian supermodel. This bike is raved about in all reviews, it is a bike made just to be a street Hooligan. The Tuono is an exact replica of Aprilia's flagship super sport the RSV1000R except all the fairings have been removed and the bars moved above the triple clamps. The engine is a v-twin 1000 with 139HP and 79 LB-FT of torque. Weighing in at 408 pounds leaves this bike just under 3 pounds per horsepower!!This bike is WAY more fun than my GSX1000R, or my buddies R1000 could ever be. At 12K miles the bike is in excellent condition, had never been dropped, dinged, or even scratched. It came with a factory installed Akrapovic exhaust kit that includes an updated map. Since I've owned it I have put on: -K&N air filter-removed the restrictor plate in the airbox -new stator- new fuel filter-filled with Yamalube-Dunlop q3 front tire (only has 200 miles on it)These bikes are extremely rare hard to come by here in the states. I am selling my 2012 Yamaha Super Tenere. It only has 20,200 miles, fresh oil change, fresh shaft oil change, new tires, new fork seals, and a ton of upgrades: OEM skid plate, OEM engine guards, Altrider kick stand enlarger, Altrider shaft guard, Givi quick release luggage rack, aux lights (wired correctly-turns off with key), OEM grip warmers, wind deflectors, and vstream tall windscreen. I may be missing some... all the oil changes have been done with a full synthetic, and done every 5-6k miles with a new oil filter every time. The bike has been stored indoors, and during the winter was on a battery tender. I have taken very good care of this bike, and sad to see it go. It has a clean title, and ready for any adventure. the bike runs very strong, and is a blast to ride. I have a kid due in a month, and just trying to simplify things. Excellent shape. It has 5,824 miles on it. Pretty much all of those are highway miles as I used this as a commuter bike. I bought this from Plaza Cycle in 2012 and unfortunately never had much time to ride it. It has been adult owned and garage kept the entire time. It does have some scratches and chipped paint but nothing that couldn't be easily repaired. I've tried to include the major cosmetic issues in the pictures but overall theis bike is in excellent shape. I have a custom tinted windscreen on it and still have the stock windscreen. I've also replaced the tail light assembly with a flush mount set up, I have the stock parts for that as well. I've also installed a 12volt socket to use for chargers, GPS, etc. I'm also including a full size bike cover. The bike is mechanically sound, I've never had an issue with it. It's a great bike for a beginner or experienced rider which is why I bought it to begin with. I'm only selling it because I don't have enough time to ride it and I'm in the process of starting to look for a house. If you have other questions that I haven't covered feel free to contact me.
