Weight on title is 8700. Length is 32 feet 35 to tongue. 2 slide outs. BRAND NEW A/C, TIRES, AND BATTERY. King size bed, multiple, huge closets. Couch folds out. Front kitchen and living room. Large bathroom area with toilet separated. Refrigerator does not work, repairman said it would cost around $500 to fix, or buy a new one at the same price. Selling as is. Asking $14,000 but willing to negotiate. Lived in after my husband returned home from Afghanistan. Located in Sanger, TX (maybe willing to work out transportation to local area).
