I am the 2nd-owner. I bought it for commuting to/from work in June 2008 from a female owner with just over 6K miles. It now has ~61K miles. Original set of ignition keys and owner manual. Gas mileage is awesome! 50mpg to 60mpg depending on fuel, riding style, and weather. I normally get 54mpg using Reg-87. Using Premium on long highway trips gets the highest mpg. The tires are Bridgestone Battlax BT-021, an OEM replacement tire set. The previous sets of tires, as installed by Yamaha, were Bridgestone Battlax BT-020 which gave me 15K miles per rear and 30K per front! I have about 15K miles on the current set of tires The rear will need replaced soon the front tire still has at least 15K. The maintenance-free battery is new (4/2/2015). This bike has NEVER been laid down or in an accident! I also replaced the drive train (chain, front&rear sprockets), spark plugs, and the brake pads (front&rear) at ~46Kmi. I have some spare brake pads to come with bike. This bike has a 598cc engine (600 according to state & insurance), and is the same base-bike as the Yamaha R6. However, the FZ6 is more upright with a large front fairing and more seating room making it a great commuter and pleasure riding bike for 1 or 2. This bike has a Givi lockable/removable hard rear case (+$650) which will hold 2 full-face helmets. It has a ton of space! It also has the add-on LED light kit which I wired to the brakes making it highly visible when braking. There are additional reflectors which surround the lights and also wrap around the side of the case. It also has a tank protector to protect it from your belt buckle. I will include a Tourmaster Intake2 jacket (L/44), which is perfect for cold/wet/heat. It has 3 wear options. It is a mesh shell with armor inserts, a wind/rain jacket insert, and a thermal jacket insert. I will include the helmet which is a Hawk Modular with built in sun visor and chin wind skirt (size-L). (included helmet shown in the case photo) I also have a few other items to include like extra brake pads, and oil filter tool. No known issues. You must show proof of insurance and proper license to test ride. This is an awesome bike which handles great in all road and weather conditions! Email to set a time to view it.
