I took this bike in trade for property just a couple days ago and figured I'd run it for a week or 2 here on CL. I've ridden it and I love it but the wife would prefer I sold or traded it for a more conventional Harley that she can ride on as well. It's fast & loud and runs excellent. Here is what I can tell you about the bike. The bike was built by an HD mechanic and he built it for his dad. He and his dad took trips on their bikes but this year his dad retired and gave up riding. The bike is constructed from the Santee softail frame platform. It has a 150mm rear wheel and tire, but is capable of accepting a 180mm. 36 degree rake with a 6"over front end. Its powered by a Harley Evo 80 cu crate motor with 88 cam upgrade and head work by HD to approx 88 cu, and 5 spd transmission both with less than 20,000 miles, adjustable pushrods. Crane Hi-4 Ignition. It also has a primo Rivera 1.5" enclosed belt drive, Big Growl exhaust, 21" front wheel/tire combo, forward controls, Arlen Ness seat. Bike leaks no oil, tires are excellent. This bike is completely turn-key reliable, and enjoyable to ride on short or long distance ride's. Bike is not a trailer queen and has small flaws/chips in paint and one small dent in the tank but behind the handle bars so you can't see it unless you look for it and the bike still looks beautiful and has been well maintained. Bike comes with cover and Buttybuddy rear seat. Title in hand. $8500 or I will trade for one of the larger HD big bikes, Prefer a Heritage but may trade for a RoadKing maybe an E-glide, etc . Again, any of the larger Harley bikes with soft or hardbags or tour pack so we can travel. Trade must be worth or close to the worth of my asking price and in good running condition with no issues. No test rides with out the cash in hand and I hold the cash during any test ride. You wreck on a test ride and you bought it. No tired kickers, I don't have the time.
