This is a gorgeous, well sorted out cobra with just over 4900 miles totalWhen I got the car this spring, it had a mild 1989 fuel injected 5.0 but is sounded too much like a mustang, so I built an engine that would capture the original spirit the 60's Shelby Cobras.Five speedPosi rear30 over 302 for 306 c.i.eagle H-beam rodsforged pistonssolid lifter camshaftHolley 650 d.p. w/ 4 corner idlethis power plant is not for the tame for faint of heartsounds like a hot rod sound with lots and lots of power goes down the road beautifully and gets pretty good fuel economy to boot.But, if you're looking for a super easy mannered fuel injected Mustang motor, this is not your car.your buddies will be lined up around the block to go for a rideI recommend that you have some hot rod experience if you buy this car.... the power to weight ratio makes it a handful when you get into the throttle.The engine is brand-new, sounds and runs incredible and makes more power than you will ever need for this little car. Do yourself a favor check the other cars out first drive them and then come and see mine... this one is awesome, truly well sorted out and drives amazing....no rattles or creaks.
