No issues with it at all. Beautiful with many upgrades worth around $ 7,000, such as:     OZ Racing wheels, full Akrapovic shorty exhaust system, Sargent Seat (way more comfortable), Austin Racing Rearsets,       Front & Rear Axle Sliders, Frame Sliders, CRG lane splitter mirrors, Adjustable clutch and break levers, Mirror block off plates, Tinted windshield, Aluminum gas cap, Rear seat cowling - color matched to bike, Custom tail tidy, BMW turn-signal upgrade front and back, Boat-load of carbon-fiber parts...including rear carbon fender, clutch cover etc (see pictures), Rizoma fluid reservoirs I do no longer have the original parts that were replaced with the upgrades. Bike comes AS IS. Gorgeous, very fun riding machine. The clip-ons have been put onto the top, so that the riding position is somewhat more comfortable.
