I am putting my CB500 Cafe Bike up for sale. I bought the bike last summer with just over 900 miles on a newly rebuilt engine. The build was done over the 15-16 winter months up in Marshall MI. I put a little over 300 miles on the bike last summer with the current mileage at 1202. The bike is clean and very well done. The tank is done in a British racing green. It has adjustable rear shocks from dime city cycles and has been lowered 2 in from the original ride height. The tach and speedo gauges are mini billet aluminum gauges to keep a clean minimalist look and are also from dime city cycles. The headlight is a round cafe style and is from dime city cycles. The battery is a ballistic anti - gravity battery. Both the rider and passenger rear sets are black aluminum and from dime city, as well as, the black brat style cafe seat. The dual carbs are mikuni and are set up for pod filters but can be jetted for trumpets if you want. The tires were new with the build. The bike is garage kept when not being ridden. Selling 2013 Yamaha V-star 1300 Deluxe with 10,000 miles on it. Runs and rides perfectly, new rear tire and rear brakes last season. Front brakes were inspected and did not need replaced at the time. Mechanically the motorcycle is perfect, regular oil changes and maintenance. Cosmetically, there is a roughly 3" scratch on the front left of the fairing. Although I would much rather overhaul this old gal myself, I haven't the time or resources. A 1996 Suzuki X-90, 4x4, 5 speed manual transmission, 1.6L 4 cylinder engine (172,319 mi), 2 seater, T tops.She has a clutch and throw-out bearing less than 3 years old. Timing belt less than 4 years old. The 4 wheel drive both high and low work flawlessly. Front brakes (discs, pads, calipers) and back brakes (drums, shoes, hardware) are about a year old. Oil changes have been done over the past 16 years regularly and this car gets excellent gas mileage in the city (close to 30 mi to the gallon) in regular drive. I'm not in a hurry to sell and I do have a number for what I'm looking to get for her as far as money. I'm going to post a full (more detailed) ad with the list of whats new and what work she needs, like tires, rust, etc. Right now I'm just looking for someone who is a 4x4 enthusiast, as this car is a great true 4 wheel drive vehicle and entertain a few offers. I am regretfully selling my wonderful V-star 1300 Deluxe. The bike has treated me great, plenty of power and comfort for trips to dinner in town or across the country. I had a new rear tire and rear brakes installed last riding season, with only 2,000 miles since the install. The factory stereo and navigation make all rides enjoyable and comfortable. The bike has a small scratch on the lower left flank of the fairing, which is not noticeable unless you really look for it, the result of a low speed lay over. Great running and riding bike, ride anywhere with anyone. Unfortunately, need to sell to reduce the bills.
