2013 Ducati Hypermotard 821. Ducati ditched the previous 1078cc and 803cc, air cooled engines for an all-new 821cc, liquid cooled V-Twin engine. You can choose between the same riding modes shared with the Panigale. Race: 110 HP, high throttle response, and level 1 ABS on the front wheel only and traction control off. Sport: 110 HP, medium throttle response, and level 2 ABS to both brakes with some traction control. Urban: 75 HP, low throttle response, and level 3 ABS with full traction control. The maintenance schedule was also relaxed. This bike won't need it's next service until 18,000 miles. It comes with a plate cozzy, trickle charger and bike cover. I installed a Remus slip on exhaust that performs well and sounds throaty. Just put on a new rear tire about 100 miles ago and the front was replaced about 2500 miles ago. I changed the oil religiously at 2000 miles. It replaced the chain and sprockets at 8000 miles. All work was done by Desmoto Sport in SF. I have all the original parts. Although this is a full on hooligan machine I didn't ride it like one. It has never done a wheelie or been dropped. Covered and parked in my covered carport. Clean title and registered until Sept 2017. If you would like to test ride it you will either need proof of valid motorcycle license & full coverage motorcycle insurance or $8500 cash. Willing to entertain reasonable offers but no low balls.

The KTM 990 Adventure is a dual-sport motorcycle produced in Austria. Looking like a Dakar Rally bike replica it's powered by the LC8 liquid cooled, four-stroke, DOHC 999 cc 75Â° V-twin engine, producing around 105 hp. Brakes are Brembo two-channel ABS. The wheels are a dirt spec 21-inch front with an 18-inch rear. This is an amazing bike for both off road and on road use. It has tons of torque helping you stay upright offroad on the technical parts and plenty for passing on road.I have owned dozens of bikes including BMWs, Triumphs and Hondas and this 990 has been by far my favorite. It really is the best go anywhere, do anything bike there is. Unfortunately as a single full-time parent I need the dough, so I have to sell it.This bike has always been garage stored. This is an adventure bike so there are some minor cosmetic scratches and dings. I removed the factory graphics to give it a ****** look. The tires (Pirelli MT 90 Scorpion A/T front and rear) are worn and should be replaced ASAP. Bike has been meticulously maintained by the KTM authorized dealer, Scuderia West. I'm the second owner.
