2002 Yamaha Yzf-R1 , ***PLEASE READ*** I am selling my garage-kept 2002 Yamaha YZF-R1 with 24,300+ miles. This bike runs great, is very fast, and has some work done to it. To start, it is stretched and lowered, has a Power Commander III, ported/polished heads, full titanium Graves exhaust, K&N air filter, chrome wheels, chrome grips, chrome levers, smoke windscreen, frame sliders, headlight and tail light covers, front-end lowering strap, after-market turn signals, tank cover, and a fender eliminator kit. It does have some minor work recommended, but is otherwise ready to ride. It may need a new battery as the one currently installed doesn't seem to hold the charge. One of the two low-beam headlights is out (both high beams work). It has also been laid down once since I bought it in 2006. This was a tip over last Fall as I was teaching my wife how to ride. Frame slider saved it for the most part, but the clutch cover did get scratched. There are also a few scratches on the plastics on the other side which have been there since before I bought it. There is also another minor issue which is best explained in person. Other than that, just normal wear and tear. Be sure to view all the included photos, as these were taken the evening of 6/17/2014. Also included with this sale are a set of used motorcycle stands for both the front and rear wheels and a used motorcycle cover.
