Up for sale here is my Ducati Hypermotard 939 SP model. This is your chance to own what is basically a new bike, but at a used price, and the warranty is still active on the bike and has plenty of tread on the tires, chain slack is good etc. and I am the first owner as I bought it brand new, but with school and work, finding time to ride is not easy, but I am also not here for a quick sell so to speak as I like this bike very much and it's a solid performer. Bike has never been ridden in the rain or laid down and it's currently on its stand on the battery tender, in the garage. I got this bike at my local Ducati Dealer in Seattle so the bike is local. The initial 600 mile break in service has been performed by South Sound Motorcycles in Tacoma, who are also an authorized Ducati dealer. In addition, a chain service was performed to ensure a well rounded maintenance regimen. I have the warranty and owner's manual as well, plus the lock cylinders if you decide to get the pannier bags later on. Both keys are with me as well. Given that I am not a dealer, there's savings on doc and prep fees which are not cheap with Ducati bikes (over $1k), so don't miss out on an opportunity to make a square, no BS deal for a tried and true piece of Italian engineering. I Also have the Ducati perfomance lower seat as these bikes are tall, but still fun nonetheless.As for the price, I am asking $14,200 as I am not desperate to sell my bike, though serious offers are considered. In other words, I'm "testing the waters" here. This bike is nearly new and still under warranty from Ducati, so please no joy rides or coming by to kick the tires kind of BS as well. I know my asking price is very fair due to the amount of miles and the fact that the warranty is still active and the Buyer has the option of renewing the warranty. I also must make another point very clear, absolutely no test rides without cash in hand and a valid MC endorsement on a valid State driver license.
