2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 MEAN STREAK, Up for sale is a 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600cc Mean Streak Special Edition. I bought this bike four years ago from original owner with about 2,000 miles on it. Now it has about 8,700 miles. It is an ABSOLUTE THRILL to ride, its got plenty of power and torque when you need it, when I would go on rides with other people, I could easily keep up with sport bikes. If you go easy on it, you can get 45+ MPG. The bike has 2 speakers set up on the handle bars, with a 3.5mm plug in front of the guages so you can plug in your cell phone, GPS, or MP3 player and enjoy your tunes on the twists and turns of back roads. On the left hand side where your left knee would be, there are two 12v car charger sockets so you can charge your devices. Speakers are loud enough that you can hear them great at speeds up to 60mph, great for back roads. When hitting the highway at 70+mph its a bit tougher to hear with the wind, but still not bad. There are two switches on the right side of the bike that control the power to the speakers and 2 car chargers. The second switch is for some red LEDs that the previous owner installed throughout the bike, about 6 of them. I usually never bothered with them, but kept them on the bike. The pipes are aftermarket chrome Vance & Hines. Aftermarket chrome air intake installed. There is a Power Commander installed for that extra boost. Kuryakyn grips on the handle bars. The oil was changed last season and so was the rear tire. The front one will need to be replaced. There are aftermarket pegs and foot shifter installed. The condition is very good, never been crashed, Included are the photos are of the actual bike. I looked around, and the stock 2008 Kawasaki Vulcans are selling for around $5,500. The 2008 Mean Streak Special Edition is a pretty rare version to find, especially in this great of condition and with this many great aftermarket cosmetic and performance parts.
